It was okay for the stay. The beds were very uncomfortable to the point where we couldn’t wait to get home (minus a star) As a hotel ur beds should be the most important and improved thing since that’s why people book and people should get a good nights sleep to go to their activities for vacation or business. That same day we went to the hotel next to it and asked if they had any availability and unfortunately they didn’t, but if they did we would have asked for an instant refund. I woke up with back pain which made doing our activities not as fun. We had no heater for the first night so we were freezing as well but they got it fixed (with-out our permission and they just walked in so it was a huge invasion of privacy as I had my stuff out as a female. They should have called first) I also made a note months prior saying we would arrive between 1-3am because we’re were driving 14-17 hours and I guess they didn’t see it and charged us an extra day. (+$60) That nicked down a star for me. The desk people were nice, not an huge fan of house keeping. They clearly moved some stuff around randomly and never made our bed which I found odd? and we had to extend our stay due to our car being totaled and they had extra room that same night within 20 min which was nice. The breakfast was also pretty decent and free so can’t complain. I had the waffle and the Jimmy Dean biscuit and my bf had the coffee. We prob won’t come back bc of the bed being that bad. I’m super upset about the $ we spend. And they didn’t offer a refund and wouldn’t give our $ back.

Clean, Comfortable, and Great Service!||Stayed at Americinn for a couple of nights, and it was a great experience. The room was super clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked as it should. The staff was friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference.||Good location, easy parking, and the Wi-Fi was solid. No complaints—just a nice, hassle-free stay. Would definitely come back!

I was exhausted from my travel to New Braunfels and needed to check in early so that I could get a nap before visiting relatives. I was allowed to do so, but I felt like the additional $50 to check in early was a little high considering the hotel was not full. That was almost another full night's rate for approximately 4 additional hours. Gladly paid it in spite of this just to get some sleep. Unfortunately the bed is the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on so I did not get a good night's sleep and woke up in pain. The front desk personnel was very pleasant and I had no issues as I did not request any additional services. It was quiet both inside and out which I truly appreciated. Breakfast was fine. All I really needed was coffee and they had that, plus cereal, bagels, oatmeal, waffles, and other juices and pastries. It's a very reasonably priced hotel in a good location. However, I would not come back because of the uncomfortable bed since this is my primary reason for being in the room.

I’ll start out with the positive. Very clean, very friendly staff even the one guy at the front desk who knew how to come across nice but rude at the same time and the free breakfast was nice. Now for the negative. Beds are very hard and I do mean very hard and lumpy. Not comfortable at all. I was glad to be leaving when I did. Now for the nice rude employee. There was a very LOUD bird squacking in the room next to mine. I went to the front desk and asked if there was a bird in the room next to mine and his response was “it’s not in your room” and I told him it sure sounds like it’s in my room and with a smile he said once again “it’s not in your room”. I was not the only guest to complain about the bird. NO PETS ALLOWED! I will not be returning to this hotel EVER!

Pictures online lie to you. For the rate we paid we weren’t expecting high end quality but we didn’t even get minimum quality. The mattress moved on the metal frame that was placed on a small box. There were multiple holes in the walls. The bathtub was rusted. There was trash stains on the wall. When we brought this to the front desk and asked for a refund we were told we wouldn’t get our money back because the manager wasn’t on site. We were told then that our money would be returned in 2 business days! While trying to leave we were stopped multiple times regarding the claims we made of the room. Even as we were getting into our car we were being stopped. We have never had this many issues with a hotel before. Do not stay here.

Location is great for this hotel in terms of proximity to businesses and the highway. +1 star: room cleanliness Room was very clean. - 1 star: Room Insulation Overall the insulation of the rooms is very minimal I could hear a toilet seat drop across the hall and doors locking on our floor. -1 star: Air conditioning The air conditioning of the room was good and kept it real cool however at a price, it was very noisy almost as if something was stuck inside and clipping on the fans inside the AC unit this coupled with the room insulation made for a very noisy night -1 star: pillows We booked a king size room, the pillows that were given to us were the size and comfort as couch decor pillows, smaller than twin size pillows. Seemed a bit ridiculous to make that choice for a king size room. Lastly, the emailing. I did not sign up for rewards for this hotel as I booked through a 3rd party booking website, I'm assuming the staff signed me up after I booked so now I have a rewards account and I'm constantly being emailed by this hotel which is annoying.

Amazing Stay – Clean, Comfortable, and Friendly Staff! I had a fantastic stay at Americinn! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The room was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was super cozy, and I appreciated the fresh linens and towels. What really stood out was the exceptional service—the front desk team went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience. The location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and nearby attractions. Plus, the free Wi-Fi. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Americinn to anyone looking for a clean, affordable, and comfortable place to stay. A+ experience!

The room seemed clean but everything seemed to be bare minimum. The worst sleep I have had in a hotel ever, the pillows were junk, the heater smelled too much to run so it was cold and we had no extra blankets. The breakfast was all bare minimum, no fresh fruit or any kind of prepared food offered. Would not recommend. Sorry I stayed here.
