Baymont by Wyndham Odessa

Would enjoy staying again! Easy to get to even if pulling a trailer with a pickup. Would be nice to have a bigger parking lot in case more vehicles with trailers are staying there at the same time. Rooms were very clean and smelled great upon walking in. Usual wear and tear marking on some of the furniture. Even the hallways had a pleasant smell. Internet worked well for what I needed. And the bed and pillows were soft comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly and very welcoming.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice stay. Breakfast is nothing fancy but filling. In town to spend time with family. No staff at check in but had phone to call them and showed up shortly. Easy to check in and check out. Would stay again.

This was a tough review to write because the service was great, but the accommodations were motel level. The rooms were falling apart, smelled and possibly had mold. The air didn’t work well, beds were hard and the elevator was a bit scary to ride on. The morning crew in the breakfast area take up most of the seating area so there’s not a lot is space to relax and drink coffee in the morning. If you’re looking for a cheap alternative for a stay, and don’t have a lot of qualms about your accommodations, this isn’t a bad choice. The front desk staff was very attentive to my questions and needs though and tried to make us feel comfortable.

Horrible manager and customer service, disgusting smelling room, doesn't deserve the Wyndham name. I would give 0 stars if able to. The bathroom in my room smelt horrible moldy/musty smell and the fridge didn't work. I requested a different room to find they had no other rooms so I had no choice then to stay at a different hotel. The manager refused to give me a refund since my booking was prepaid. Absolutely appalled with how I was treated. I will continue to fight to get my money back by climbing up the chain. Thanks for stealing my money Baymont Odessa TX.

The facility was clean. They allowed for a later check in. It was an easy check in and out. They had a great breakfast with lots of options. The room was smaller than anticipated but had two queen beds and enough space for all involved. The price was very reasonable.

Our stay was only one night. When we checked in, the front desk was super nice. We used Hotels.com and they stated the hotel was brand new, it's not. The hotel was super clean, our room was small but cozy. They have coffee and tea available all night. The area is really nice. The parking was good. Breakfast was decent. The orange juice and apple juice tasted a bit watered down but overall decent. The Christmas decorations were really cute and inviting.

I booked a suite. It wasn’t cheap but nothing in the area is. It was without a doubt the filthiest room I have ever experienced. The couch and chair were literally covered in filth. I told the attendant of this and he wasn’t overly concerned. I asked for sheets to cover them and he obliged. The carpet and other furnishings were as dirty. Bathroom floor was sticky. Television did not work. The bed was clean. The room was on the bottom floor next to the street. All the window locks had been broken off. Very unsafe situation.

Amazing service and professionalism. Clean room and very good and professional maid service. They were kind and courteous not to me too. They were prompt and on point I would love to stay there again sometime soon. Maybe even get a discount that would be nice
