NillGot 2-3 hrs sleep. Very noisy, screaming, stomping , sirens, thin walls, could hear neighboring room using hairdryer and talking like they were in the same room with me. Remote missing battery, no tv. Floor had dried up clumps of mud near the bed. Best part of my stay, the lady at the front desk, yesterday evening, 3/28/25. She was kind and helpful, recommending great restaurants nearby. In town for my grandsons T-ball game, then 3 hr ride home, lack of sleep is worrisome.

NillThe internet does not work, so the smart TV's do not work in the rooms. Some of the rooms do not have safety logs. The place is old outdated. They are going under renovations at the moment. We would honestly if it wasn't for the nice lady in the front. And the manager upgrading our room from difficulties. We would have made this a one star experience. They're supposed to be a breakfast in the morning.Staff did not want to put it out the place is not a $20.00 hotel but is not worth the $80.00 either .

★I wish I had one good thing to say. The room was run down and dirty. There was tobacco spit running down the wall and the vanity. The vanity top had burn marks all over it. The towel bar and light plate had been pulled out of the wall and not fixed/ half way fixed with a screw that was way too long. I contacted them and hotels.com and they won’t offer a refund. I would NOT recommend staying here. |Seemed as if most of the rooms had long term tenants too.

NilltHE ONLY REASON THIS GETS A STAR IS FOR THE MANAGER WHO TRIED TO HELP. ROACHES IN THE ROOM. A THIRD PARTY BOOKING SITE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REACH THE HOTEL REGARDING A REFUND SO YOU WILL EITHER STAY WITH THE ROACHES OR YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR A ROOM YOU WONT USE. SMOKE DETECTORS WERE RIPPED OFF THE WALLS, THE WIFI DOESNT WORK, THE HOT WATER DOESNT WORK, THE AIRCONDITIONERS DONT WORK. THE ONSITE MANAGEMENT IS VERY NICE BUT WILL NOT RESPOND TO BOOKING OR PRICELINE TO REFUND YOUR MONEY, YOU WILL NOT GET A REFUND EVEN THOUGH YOUR ROOM HAS ROACHES

NillProbably the best thing in this hotel could do is shut down. The breakfast is pathetic! They advertise a hot breakfast included which is basically waffles and that's it. Requested a round 4 room when making my reservation in arrived to find that they had none and there is no elevator! Got into my room and the TV remote did not work properly at all. And I kept smelling burning tobacco all night, only to find out that the smoking rooms are on the first floor underneath the non-smoking rooms? The manager is non-existent on weekends to handle any concerns and by far the hundreds of hotels that I've stayed in this is the number one worst that I've ever encountered exclamation point I will not stay there again and you should reconsider if you're even thinking of staying there

NillI had stayed here before, but it had been a while. Previously, it was just ok, but cheap. Recently I stayed here again. The room was dirty upon check-in, but the beds were made. So apparently the only cleaning they do is to make the beds. It wasn't just grimy buildup from years of use, but also a fresh mess, like muddy boot prints on the floor and squashed bugs in the shower. There was good water pressure in the shower, though, if you didn't mind some 6-legged company. I was standing by the bed and suddenly a giant cockroach jumped on me, and then skittered back under the bed. I can deal with a bug or two, but not if they jump on you! Freaked me out. Anyway, I asked them to clean the room and if they had a can of bug spray that they could spritz around. It's not like I was demanding that they call in an exterminator. Well, they never cleaned the room, the whole 3 days I was there. I was supposed to stay the night again, but checked out early, as I wasn't getting much sleep worrying about a cockroach army defending its territory. I won't stay there again. I usually stay at the Day's Inn across the street, but since I travel there frequently, I was checking out cheaper options. I recommend staying there, or if you can afford it, to one of the $100+ hotels if you want a clean place to sleep.
