NillWalked into my room and was immediately hit with a pungent smell. It smelled like mildew and puke. I spray it with febreez and ask the front desk to make sure it gets a good clean because it smells so bad. That didn't help, though. It still was awful. And the bed wasn't comfortable. But the smell was a deal breaker.

NillOver all not bad. We asked if you could park a coupke 18 wheelers here. Luckily they are day cabs. It was very very tight to get turned around. I absolutely would not bring a sleeper birth down that little alleyway. Rm 439 was in good shape, super firm bed. Quite. The sliding glass door to the balcony wouldnt lock. Breakfast was about as fake as it could get. But, over all. It was all we needed to rest and get up for work.

NillWe booked two rooms in April 2024. Unfortunately we had to cancel the booking due to a medical emergency at 1 p.m. on the day of arrival, so we called the hotel. The lady on the phone promised us that the cancellation is for free even though we were past the deadline for free cancellations, as this was a medical emergency. We still got charged a no-show fee. Calling and sending mails did not help. We had to pay the fee. Quality Inn, please do not make promises that you do not keep!

NillHands down the most disappointing hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. It was cheap, and it was cheap for a reason. It took 20 minutes for the water in the shower to get hot, the room door did not shut square, the sliding glass door at the side of the room did not latch securely, there were stains on the walls and mismatched paint. There was plaster peeling off of the walls in the hallway and stains in the carpet. The AC unit not only smelled musty but had visible spots of black mold on the vent slats. There were people chain smoking and making phone calls out front and meeting with passing vehicles. Very suspicious. The sheets on the bed were clean. We were not robbed and our vehicle was not broken into overnight. That's about as much as I can say positive about this place. I don't recommend it at all.

NillTerible management womanhad us booked for a event room and changed it few days b4 because someone offered more money after confirmation and she greedily ruined our plans and showed us some crappy room that is half built expecting us to take anything just terrible etiquette

NillThis place needs a massive amount of love. We didn't stay in a room, just there using the space but it's something from the 80's. Parking lot, entrance, meeting space (carpet, tables), carpets, walls, restrooms. Not what I'd expect in 2024. Need some investment in a prime location like that with 2 other hotels within a few 100 yards closed, no way you wouldn't get the business.

NillWas given a room that wasn’t turnover over. I was so exhausted I didn’t realized until I woke up in the morning. The room bins were all filled to the brim with trash. The bed was wet. The towels weren’t put away. Was given another room. The second room had the sliding door completely opened to the muddy and trashy landscape outside. The sliding door lock was broken. And the security bar was missing. Given a third room. The bathroom and toilet fixtures were broken. Roaches everywhere. All the hotels on the north side of this town appears to have roaches. I dont advise eating the complimentary breakfast as the hygiene situation is likely bad.

NillWe stayed here for 10 days and would have left except out rate was non-refundable. The first room they gave us had mold and a broken vent in the bathroom so we asked for another room. The second room was better but we still had to use wipes to clean stuff up before we felt comfortable at all. We also found several cockroaches and had to buy roach killer. It says the room comes with a full breakfast - it was the worst breakfast I have ever seen at any hotel. I also asked if I could take some up to give my wife breakfast in bed and was told that if she wanted breakfast she would have to come get it herself. The pool was out of service - it seems like Choice Hotels are just running their places to the ground. We will not stay at a Quality Inn again.
