NillRoom was nice, plenty of parking, nice lobby. For the price it should include breakfast or at least be discounted ($15 for the buffet). Water pressure was low in the shower and the room/bathroom could use more light.

NillUpon arrival at The Hilton Garden Inn Tyler Texas, we were greeted by Itzy at the front desk. Itzy greeted us with an amazing smile. She was very knowledgeable of all products, services, and was extremely friendly, and hospitable. She was the epitome of what customer service is all about. What a great asset to the Hilton. The lobby was clean, very warm and welcoming, although we did not get a chance to visit the bar area, I can say that It looked and well maintained. Our room was 2 Queen double bed, it was clean and fresh smelling. All supplies ie: Shower gel, Shampoo, Lotion, Soaps were available, and the towels smelled fresh and clean. If I could only receive the hospitality that we received at this Hilton Hotel it would make traveling all the more pleasant. Thank you for an amazing stay! All The Best, India Love

NillPros: clean rooms and very convenient location. Indoor pool/hot tub were awesome!! Cons: bed and pillows were AWFUL. Very firm bed with paper thin pillows. I’ve stayed at other Hilton’s with no issues. I’m not sure why the beds were so bad at this location. We stayed 2 nights but I couldn’t have stayed a 3rd with how bad our backs felt.

★★★★We had a good stay here. The night clerk wasn't very personable, but the morning clerk, she was awesome. The room was really nice as well. It is easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The elevator needs some work though. The carpet was worn and peeling up. Beware, they add a $30 incidental charge to your bill. I asked about it after I discovered the charge and was told it would drop off in a day or two.

NillMy daughter and I came to stay a night for her 10th birthday. The place was clean and the staff is wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a great experience. Only thing is I wish the rooms didn’t have carpeting but I understand it’s for noise reduction.

NillThis place is an ordinary hotel. Nothing special. Room was clean but needed some work. AC barely worked. Bathroom door hung too low and was hard to close. Staff was friendly. Bar tender makes a good cocktails. Breakfast in the morning costs extra but they do make a good omelette. There is nothing that would keep me from staying there again.
