Exactly what I'm looking for in budget-friendly accommodations! Clean, safe, and wifi haha! Plus the service was kind and the room felt homey. And it's nice to support a small business!

Tired from traveling. Needed something close, pet friendly, bug free and within budget. Reviews looked ok compared to other locations AND it had availability. Others around had NO availability. Upon arrival you couldn't go into the main building as the door was locked but it had a smaller cut off area where u could walk in with a window and a slide in and out spot where one could sign the bill and get the room key. Not inviting. The room smelt like and old house with water damage with smoking and pets. When i was checking my bed i did not see bugs so i felt somewhat safe to sleep. The musty mildew smell made it hard to sleep. I slept in full clothing and tried to only use the sheets. My uneasy mind along with the smell made it hard to rest and have peace of mind. I made sure to keep all my bags off the ground as the carpet felt funny. I even bagged my bag in a garbage sack and put all my sleeping attire in another sack "just in case". Outside felt kind of safe. She had us stay in the far back of the hotel and I was uneasy. The hotel was occupied by what looked like a road crew of workers who are working in the area. When we left we dropped out key off at the same slide in window hole and a person ended up coming around the corner as we went to the car. I wouldn't stay here again because I had very little peace of mind and the smell really did keep me and my daughter awake. I forgot to take pictures but you can see when I was doing my bug check there was some kind of mold or stains on the box of the bed by the headboard. My sheets and pillow cases were clean.

The Patel's are Awesome people and run a good business. I'm very picky when it comes to hotels/motels and I must say the 5 stars I gave were well deserved. I will stay there every time I come through Tyler TX. Again Thank you for your hospitality.

The room is definitely a two star room. It was a clean bed, the bathroom was upgraded some. The cleaning staff was super friendly, however, it cost too much for the type of accommodations provided.

Super happy with our stay here. Room was clean and comfortable, host was friendly and kind. We appreciated the clean mini fridge, nice hot shower and comfy bed. The Inn is located right off of I20, but is very quiet. We'll definitely remember this place on our next road trip.

Positive: That there are smoking rooms. Even with a balcony!! The hotel price is fantastic especially for the location. There are also many restaurants to eat in the area! The staff is also very kind as well.  Negative: No. Negative: ""

In the 5 years or so I've been traveling with my job i have stayed in alot of hotels and I have to say this one is overall #1 on my list. The staff was always nice and respectful, the rooms was good size and most recently remodled I believe, also has a big area for truck parking. I never locked my truck or tool box and it was never bothered, you never see anyone that isn't staying there walking around. The police drive thru randomly during the night, I think this area doesn't have much crime really. I would recommend this hotel to anyone that has to visit this area.

We came to the area for a series of social events in Tyler. This location was excellent. Even though close to I-20, we were spared any excessive road noise. We had a double, smoking room. The facility is tired, but then that is normal for ABVI which is why they are good value, and this was no exception. The beds were comfortable, the standard motel HVAC unit functioned well. Microwave worked well, but as with almost every ABVI, we visit the small refrigerator's freezer had about two inches ice in it, and we could not use it. We did not have the time to defrost it as the room was primarily for sleeping. Lighting was good. The power strip above the nightstand was an excellent amenity. WiFi worked well. We did not make use of the pool nor did we partake of breakfast so we cannot comment on them. The towels and wash cloths were more than adequate for the two of us. The room was clean. We were disappointed that they did not use fitted sheets on the beds, but that did not interfere with our sleep. The TV was DishTV, and many channels were not watchable due to "mosaic" screens. We would not hesitate to use this facility in the future.
