NillThe ONLY thing good about this place is lots of parking. Otherwise the rooms are crap! They urge NO SMOKING.. yet you walk down the halls to rooms upon rooms obviously puffing away. Such a shame when you are a NON smoker and have to deal with cigarette smoke! The carpet in the halls are Nasty! Then you get into the room and the shower doesn't drain. The shower handle is clearly broken allowing water to get behind the shower wall. Towels had stains in them. Then you go to lay down and turn on the TV.. nope! Half the screen is GREEN where the TV screen is going bad. The curtains aren't matching. We tried to call the front desk when their were kids hanging out, outside of the window which was keeping the dog stirred.. but he didn't understand. Also if you enjoy beds that are absolutely rock hard without play at all, those are the beds for you. Not a place I will return to. NOT worth $83/night.

NillThis place is such a rip off. I am a person who will bare responsibility for charges that seem appropriate and justifiable. Not here. They will find any and every excuse to add a charge no matter what. Along with the fact I was assured that my $50 (deposit) which was added since I extended visit but after 8 days of check out still have not received. Also, just found an additional 100.00 charge to one of my credit cards for who know what after 8 days of check out. So I will say beware.

NillClean and comfortable room. Conveniently located. Room was easily accessible and we were able to park in front of our door. I was traveling with a friend who is disabled. The front desk clerk ensured that we had a room on the first floor. Our room was right by the entrance door. Only issue was with the TV in our room. We could only get Nick,Jr. Lol. But it was late 3 a.m. and we fell asleep quickly. I would definitely recommend staying here. Room was affordable. $68 for a double occupancy. A McDonald's is right next door which I would also recommend.

NillIt SUCKD, I asked for two extra pillows, the desk person replied ask house keeping, I replied ok but it's dark and they are gone, I received no pillows. Second night I asked for a extra towel to take a shower, this time he had a attitude and he replied I told you to ask house keeping, I said at 11:00 at night, I did not receive any towels. This place SUCKS spend more money at all cost stay somewhere else. Jason

★I would not recommend staying here. I stayed here for a while and always paid the daily rate on time but then they wanted to add a security deposit, I am not sure why as I was very clean. There are small cameras under the TVs which is an invasion of privacy to me. They should not be watching you on camera in your room. I was super calm when they were not very nice and I kept calm until I left then I told them how I felt. They also would not refund me for my booking two of the same days by accident. Adding a security deposit is not in the paperwork plus they watch you on cameras and know what you do, please don't go here. I heard wierd noises in my rooms probably from cameras and other things, and other sounds which seemed like there could be paranormal activity. I have a high sense of the paranormal too. Please don't go here, I want you to keep safe and sane.

★Positive: The only reason I am giving 1 star for this hole is because the hot water was steaming hot. If I could, I would give it ZERO STARS !! Unfortunately I paid in advance or would have asked for my money back and go somewhere else. Negative: Everything in this place is disgusting-The floors are filthy, the tub has ingrained dirt, the sheets and towels are so old they are pretty much see-through.The tub drained slow so you have to stand in dirty water. Even an addict passed out by dumpster.

NillThis place needs to be shut down! The people running it are extremely shady, and when it comes to billing, get ready for a fight. Not only did they charge me the $50 incidental fee that’s supposed to be refunded after checkout, but they also charged me twice for state and occupancy tax (even though I only stayed one night). And then there was a charge for something called "safe with limited warranty"—what does that even mean? As for the room, I understand it's a budget option, but the bed was awful. Honestly, sleeping in my car would’ve been more comfortable. The towels had brown and red stains on them, and I really don’t even want to know what they were. Save yourself the headache and spend an extra $50 to stay somewhere else.

★UPDATE: 1 star. I got a phone call from Choice Hotels thanking me for signing up even after I unsubscribed from the emails. It sounded like they were trying to sell me a time share. I definitely didn't give them my phone number myself. Annoying as heck. I still don't think I was actually signed up to pay for anything, but if I start seeing any suspicious charges on my credit card....... They do HAVE my credit card info because I had to pay for the room obviously. I'm keeping an eye out. If you go here, beware.||OLD: 2.5 Stars. The room was clearly old. Smelled musty, but not like cigarette smoke so it was alright for us. There was a spider and some dead bugs in the room but I've definitely been in dirtier places. You get what you pay for. When I arrived at the front desk nobody was there, a lady walked by and saw me and told me I'd have to wait five-ten minutes but she had like 3 kids she was clearly looking after so that's fine. The wait wasn't actually that long, only maybe one minute before a man showed up and checked us in and that was smooth enough. There's an extra pet fee but that's not that unusual. I think the thing that annoyed me most would be that they collect your email address during check in, and later that day I got an email saying "Thanks for joining" from the Choice Hotels Choice Privileges rewards program. I did not sign up for this rewards program myself, they very clearly took my email and used it to do that. If the bill I signed contains a clause about consenting to that they hide it pretty well. I know in the digital age its pretty standard for companies to sell your email, I get plenty of junk mail already and as far as I can tell I wasn't signed up for anything I have to PAY for, but its pretty brazen to do that face to face. I was able to unsubscribe from the marketing emails but apparently you can't unsubscribe from "non-promotional" emails. Not sure what would happen if you try refusing.
