Stayed one night while passing through. The location is fantastic, and the price is excellent, but elite benefits are minimal—no recognition, and parking is a flat $7 fee regardless of status. Check-in was smooth but not proactive, and the rooms are dated. Service was okay, nothing special. Good value for the price, but don’t expect much extra if you’re an Elite member.

Old, rundown. The staff and team here is lovely but the hotel is just old. We frequent this type of hotel often and you know the difference the moment you walk in. This is on the bottom rung of this roadside mid-level hotel. Pros: - Staff is nice and upbeat - Breakfast is decent - Close to WV Football Stadium Cons: - Rooms are old (burns in the floor, dirty corners, fridge hadn't been cleaned) - Old layout (the TV didn't face the bed, no double queen or king rooms at all - The drive from the I75 is confusing and feels sketchy - $7 for parking in West Virginia? That's absurd

Stayed got a swim meet at Mylan Park. A out a 15 min ride in. Rooms could use an update, but clean and comfortable. My two complaints are, Pay to park. There is NOT a pool. One of the reasons I picked the location....but to be fair I looked at google pictures of the hotel I didn't check the website. They do offer passes to Mylan Park which is nice if you want to drive to swim. Christian at the front desk was amazing in the phone earlier requesting an early check in and was just as helpful when we got here. Overall it's really nice for the price and vicinity to the campus and stadium. I would remove the pool photos that's a little annoying.

I stayed there for a business trip. It was very nice stay. The manager is amazing, always responsive and proactive. Good variety in breakfast. The staff are polite except a housekeeping guy who part time works in kitchen too and handles things without washing his hands. He is very unhygienic and rude to customers particularly those of color which is interesting since he himself is one of those. I hope I don't get to see him next time. Proximity to the medical center is a big plus. This hotel is a great value.

Positive: The front desk woman was great?personable and helpful. The gentleman was on his phone during check-in or in the back office when we needed a parking pass, which is not a great fit for the hospitality industry. Negative: During breakfast, we need to keep the coffee fresh and the area clean. On both mornings, the coffee pots were either out or at 3.5 hours on the screen, and the milk options ran out on both mornings. Not crowded. Need trash can near toilet.

This hotel, while conveniently located, fell far short of my expectations. The staff was friendly and helpful, but the property itself was in dire need of attention. The room was dated and showed significant signs of wear. The carpets were worn and torn, the furniture was old, and the windows didn't close properly. The cleanliness was also a major concern, with a broken door handle, dusty air vents, and a visibly dirty elevator floor. To add to our disappointment, the pool was closed, which was a key factor in our choice of this hotel. We generally avoid extended-stay type hotels due to concerns about their condition, and unfortunately, this experience reinforced that tendency. With some basic upkeep and cleaning, this hotel could be significantly improved. I hope management will take steps to address these issues, as the current state of the property does not meet acceptable standards.

The hotel is ok and clean. But the breakfast is phenomenal and the lady (sherry) who runs the kitchen is above and beyond fantastic. She talks to the customers and makes sure your experience is good. Evey hotel needs a Sherry!

Overall the stay was fair at best. We had three guests and not enough sheets or towels before we asked for more. On the second ight we asked for an extra pillow and the hotel was out of pillows. We tried to use the pull out sofa as a second bed and the bed was like a crater in the middle. Staff was friendly and polite though. Tea at breakfast smelled of old coffee as they clearly don't use separate hotcwater containers. Not a bad stay but the 4 and 5vstar reviews don't reflect the experience we had.
