NillI had an amazing stay at this downtown hotel! The location is perfect, especially if you're visiting the college nearby. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had a great experience. The amenities, including the gym and breakfast menu, were top-notch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, it made my trip memorable and enjoyable!

★★As a Hilton Gold member, I travel a lot with work. This was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. Upon arrival to my room, I immediately saw a roach in my sink. The room I had was the King living suite on the first floor. The room also smelled musty and had an overall feel of dirtiness. The gals at the front desk were extremely nice and switched me to a different room. The bathroom was newly renovated in the second room, but everything else was OLD. The furniture was all beat up, to the point the fake wood was peeling off. The air conditioning unit had water on top of it and was warped. I had drove 7 hours and was exhausted so decided to stick it out instead of going to a different hotel. Thankfully I didn’t see any roaches in this room. So much for a good nights sleep. You can hear EVERYTHING. The worst part was the trains that ran all hours of the night on the track right outside the hotel and then work trucks going up and down the street starting at 4am and never stopping. They were soooo loud. I was on the 4th floor and could even hear people talking outside my window. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but left after 1 night. I do not know how this hotel falls under the Tapestry Collection. On top of all of that!!! I just looked at my receipt and saw a charge for liquor at the bar using my food & beverage credit! I don’t even drink! Apparently this is common with this hotel from other reviews I have read. To me this is an insult! Do better Hilton.

NillThe hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was welcoming upon arrival. The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable during our stay. They were helpful and knowledgeable about the area anytime we had questions. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a clean and welcoming place to stay.

NillThe furniture is cheap and failing. Chipped and wonky. No microwave or hairdryer. The lobby with strong Marijuana smell with many shady people not staying in the hotel. Twice I couldn’t get out of their terrible one lane/ gate garage because of unattended cars blocking the gate. the enterance and exit gate are the same, the room was spacious. ( Shanna) staff was nice, otherwise terrible customer service experience with Kelly and Chris with Zero customer service with big attitude, I had to cut my trip short and switch to another hotel. Poor options for breakfast, definitely not the Hilton style, some front desk staff stole our daily diamond credit, charging my rooms for food items we haven’t received. Diamond members not acknowledged. The picture online is very deceiving. Won’t book there again even if it’s the only option.

NillThe counter in the room wasn’t clean there were crumbs on it, the sofa in room 301 had a stain on it that made me uncomfortable. Also, note that there is a $12 parking charge for using their parking garage and no parking to speak of in the area. Other area hotels have free parking. I won’t stay here again, too many better options in the area.
