Quality Inn

I booked last minute through a third party for this hotel. When I got the hotel I was greeted with two friendly faces! There was an issue with the third parties credit card and they didn’t pay my hotel fee. Omar worked with me and the third party company to try to get the reservation to go through (over an hour). Many multiple calls from the third party and the hotel. Eventually I ended up just booking right with Omar at the hotel who was kind enough to give me a discount. Customer service at this hotel is awesome. Thank you Omar for you help and getting me into a room!!! Will definitely be booking again with this hotel in the future.

Stayed here Jan 18 2025 never again There were 2 empty beer bottles , candy wrappers and a pair of glasses on the floor between the nightstand and the wall .. what I’m hoping was a big blob of dried ketchup on the rug in front of the bed , a nasty message scratched into the back of the bathroom door . No hair dryer. The door had no safety locks on it . Breakfast was terrible , no juice , bad coffee and the bread and bagels were very very stale . It was bare minimum breakfast . I checked in late and didn’t notice the garbage until I was getting into bed . I told the man at the front desk about it early in the morning and all he said was he would take care of it .

This Quality Inn is in need of major renovations ASAP!! The check-in process went well. They charge $50 deposit for your stay. The rooms are horrible!! The toilet barely flushed, and the bathroom door looked as if Cujo had checked in. Cigarette smoke and cheap air freshners permiated the hallways on the first floor. The ice machine looked gross af and was leaking! The breakfast was anemic and bland. I would not recommend staying at the dump/trap hotel!!

The rooms were uncleanly to say the least. I swear a gorilla had my room before me and all the housekeeping did was change the sheets. The lights flickered all night long keeping us up. The Ac unit served in Nam. The breakfast was a bagel and some crumbs by 8:00 am. I stay at quality inn all the time. I don't expect the world. But for $170 I don't think it was worth $30 for our stay. I tried to voice my concerns and was told to just take pictures and that the manager was in India and wouldn't be back for a week to help me. The alarm clock was unplugged and from 1982. I am used to being able to bring my charging cord in and I'm good. That's just not the case here. This place should be a 1 star on google.

Omar was very helpful in getting us a refund from our 3rd party and even provided us with a better rate, he was also very friendly during the ordeal. The location is very convenient off the highway and close to the mall, gas station, and many restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable and chic

I enjoyed my stay, the staff was pleasant. It was unfortunate there wasn't an elevator, and breakfast was only 3 types of cereal, bread/croissant/bagel, waffles, and fruit. Our room was facing Freddy's and apparently everyone wanted to drag race. Otherwise the room itself was clean and comfy.

Positive: Shower head had good pressure. Negative: No shampoo, lotion or hair conditioner in the room (only hand soap). Gone all day and the room was not serviced (no clear instructions on procedure). No complimentary coffee, the eating area was roped off like a prison canteen. The TV kept timing out.

I had a great stay at the quality Inn. Don’t book through third-party book direct with the hotel you’ll have a much better experience plus The staff was really friendly Omar, Scott, Tammy, and the housekeeping staff Super friendly and Rooms were comfortable, clean and the nearby choices for food is amazing as well. Will definitely recommend family and friends to stay here.
