Nasty room, smelled like smoke not very helpful. Stains on bed and walls. This place needs to close and how do you ask for a $50 deposit when I paid online and room is nasty Scam 100%

This place is gross and I highly DON'T recommend it. I got a room that was never cleaned. The sheets were dirty. One of the queen beds blankets had what looked like stains from a person. There was hair all over the tub in the sink. The breakfast that they offered was cereal, yogurt, or toast/bagel. The milk was in a one gallon jug that everyone had to share. Just disgusting.

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS***AVOID AT ALL COSTS The prices online are deceptive. We paid $60 OVER the $100 booking price that was posted online, and there was a ridiculously long checkout process that didn't seem very...normal. Not handicap/elderly/injury friendly. There is no elevator and you will have to pray they make it up the stairs. Continental breakfast is a lie. Hope you like cereal and moldy fruit. Oh, and yogurt. No hot food in sight. The room's toilet had a rubber stopper that was 2 sizes too small for it and it ran in sudden, loud bursts that you could hear through the paper thin bathroom door all. Night. Long. The general mold smell and sticky carpet feeling of being either over steamed or never clean was very telling. There was hair on the toilet base, fingerprints on the mirror, and the beds were exceedingly lumpy. All in all, I regret hovering over this option as a short term one night stay. Good riddance.

*FILTHY*|The dirtiest and most disgusting room I ever rented! Even the washer & dryer was dirty, garbage over flow in every garbage can, used tired and broken glass in hallways, shady people congregate in parking lot, and they never mentioned a $50 deposit and no its not listed on the website, save yourself the headaches book elsewhere. I can't wait for check out!

Smelled of cigarettes, mold on shower curtain and bathroom, carpet was wet and turned our feet black. I thought, so there's no pool or big breakfast, no big deal when booking, but I did not expect such terrible conditions. When I opened a claim they offered Wyndham reward points that didn't even amount to 10% of what I paid for our stay.

Website needs to reflect the $50 deposit fee for the room, not upon checking in. The day we checked out, one of the cleaning people asked me if I was checking out. I said yes, and they asked me my room number as I was carrying out one of many trips to my vehicle. When I came back, the employee seemed to hover around me as I was going for another trip, like they wanted to get a jump on cleaning my room. I had to tell them "I'm still not checking out yet, it's going to be a bit" Checkout time is at 11 am. At 10:25 am, my room card stopped working. Thankfully my wife was still in the room to let me in so I could collect the rest of my belongings. ||After that, we went to the front desk to turn in our keycards and informed them of a few things that could use some attention. In which the maintenance guy standing right there plainly said "Yeah, a lot of rooms are like that." OK, that's comforting, I guess.||Since our comments fell on deaf ears, here's a few things we would like to point out:||No sharps container on site. I'm a diabetic, and I require insulin. Even gas stations have sharps containers.|Odd "Cheesy" stain on the office chair in the room.|Mattress was clearly stained on the left side of the bed. |The fitted sheets and mattress pad used on the bed were not properly sized for the bed. The mattress is a double deep, and they were standard king sheets. So as soon as you lay on the bed, the sheets would pop off.|Only one nightstand for a king size room, and not enough outlets.|The 6 plug power strip laying on the floor in place of what should have been a nightstand was covered in what looked like cracker crumbs.|The one nightstand that was in the room had not been cleaned behind in quite some time, various wrappers and crumbs and dust were clearly present.|Room was clearly not vacuumed. Hair all over the inside of the tub and on the floor and in the sink.|Remote control for the TV had sticky residue on it, and also failed to work properly. Probably should have had a replacement for that room.|Deadbolt for door looks like it had left a dent in the wall from misuse.|Striker plate for the door lock looks like it is in need of repair, door failed to open on multiple occasions.|The refrigerator works a little TOO well. Even items not in the freezer portion would freeze solid after 24 hours, and that's after adjusting the temperature.|The toilet was clearly either not bolted to the floor, or was very loose. Also, when the toilet was installed, it was installed crooked. The back of the tank should be parallel with the wall.|The showerhead needed to be resealed and tightened. Any attempt to change the setting on the showerhead results in unscrewing it from the pipe.||On a positive note, the bed was actually really comfortable. The AC unit performed very well, and it was a good location for our wedding anniversary vacation. However, I doubt we will be staying at this location again. We stayed here 4 years ago and it wasn't this bad

Positive: "" Negative: The room was dirty, unknown stuff spattered on the walls, couch had stains all over we had to cover with a sheet, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and mold on the shower curtain. The continental breakfast consisted of bagels, Frosted Flakes and yogurt

Perfectly fine. Clean rooms, quick check-in, very quiet all night. Tons of comfortable pillows on the bed. Great value.
