Strong odor when first entering the building. What made it worse was trying to cover the odor up with whatever incense they were using. The front desk lady/owner (?) had a horrible attitude, as if I was bothering her. The room matched the atmosphere and front desk lady. A simple smile would have set a different tone but the price DID NOT match the quality of the room. Old shower, old toilet, old walls and old smells. Couldn't wait to leave the next morning! I might suggest this hotel to my worst enemy.

Wow. Just wow... Dirty floors in the rooms. Very uncomfortable bed and bedding. Rusty bathtub. Unfriendly front desk people. Aweful cat screaming from 1 of the rooms at all hours of the day. Posted sign saying no refunds should have been a big enough red flag because that's exactly what you'll want after checking in at this hotel.

My husband went to get a room on 10/3/2024 at 5:19pm the man at the front desk was VERY rude and unprofessional said there wasn’t any rooms available so I goes on expedia and there’s three rooms available I make the reservation for him when he goes back to the hotel the man at the front desk says he’s canceling the reservation why Idk it comes off as VERY racist and unprofessional never go there is my STRONG suggestion! It’s drug infested and dirty. Poor job on treating a visitor to the state of Wisconsin

Probably the worst and most unclean place I have ever seen. There were bugs in the room. The tub was dirty and everywhere outside of the room was also a train wreck. I could not even stay the night I had to book another hotel. Edit: I am not leaving “fake” reviews. This is one of few reviews I have ever left and is what I experienced. I definitely did not stay there either night, you can look and tell by one of the 40 camera screens you have set up in the hotel.

Only stay here if you have too. Difficult to find cause of construction. Strong odor of disinfectant and marijuana. Beds are hard, thin towels, sticky floors. Front desk lady annoyed and angry. Felt unsafe. Dirty hallways, doors filthy. Much regret staying here!

Stayed two nights and just needed a place to sleep so I took a chance on this hotel based on the price. The room itself was fine and I didn't find anything out of sorts. It had a smart TV so I could watch Netflix and the air conditioner worked great. I don't know if there was a breakfast offered as I wasn't told about it when I checked in and I wasn't going to wander around in that place as I felt very unsafe. Once I got in my room, that's where I stayed. People are living in this hotel so there are always people (mostly men) always just milling around the parking lot. I was nervous making trips to my car to get my things. When I walked in I was overcome by the smell of fried fish that someone was making in their room. When I went to leave yesterday (what a relief) there was a man literally laying on the stairs. The hotel shares a parking lot with a gas station and there were homeless people sitting on the side of the gas station the entire weekend. Find a different hotel. Update: I felt the need to respond after the owner's response because they missed the point. I felt unsafe IN your hotel, I felt unsafe walking up the stairs and into my room. I felt unsafe hauling my things out. There were men loitering around inside and outside at all times. I never saw any employees except the annoyed woman who checked me in.

I was leary at first, appearance of the outside, close to liquor store and couple people questionable, but it was good staff, even ran downstairs to check key when my husband fotgot the room number, rooms clean but out dated with bathrooms, but looked like were improving, The bed was comfortably and shower was good. Just needs quite a few touch ups. New TV was nice.

Overall poor. Had maintenance up tv would not work. Buffering all night long. Stayed at nicer places for less. Overall bad experience
