★My wife, my disabled brother, and I (both Vets and one disabled) needed a place to stay till we could get into a new apartment on the 1st of the month and I chose the Travelodge as I had stayed there before and it was very comfortable. This time was the same, comfortable and warm and while it did not provide any breakfast it was nice.||The problem we had was with the front desk. The manager on duty, Jade, had the worst attitude I have ever encountered from a service provider. We were extending our stay day by day as our move-in date kept changing, She stopped just short of calling me a liar when telling her that the room was going to be extended as I had to get help from family to pay for our stay. Not once were we late, and not once did we NOT extend our stay, yet every day was a confrontation with threats of kicking us out if payment wasn't received before 11 or 12. She was very difficult to deal with and I will never recommend this hotel to anyone who is experiencing a hardship. The attitude was terrible and the empathy was zero. They need to replace their management quickly before they experience a drop in reservations.||I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. We are here only as it was the only place we could afford at the time as we had experienced the loss of a family member and then found ourselves between homes for 3 weeks and had little time to find another place. ||Shame on them for employing someone who is so obviously not suited for public facing service.

NillStaff could do a much better job with cleaning & customer service. Upon check-out, my room was clean and damage-free, but It took them two full weeks to credit the security deposit back to my credit card last time I stayed there.

★The Travelodge is very comfortable and our stay was fine until we had to interact with the front desk, then the service was deplorable. My brother wrote a review on the hotel the other day and the next thing you know, they refused to extend our stay based on a bad review of their front desk employee named Jade. She has been confrontational at best and has a real prejudice towards older Veterans, my brother and I both being retired veterans, my brother a disabled veteran. Interaction with the front desk was near impossible and the attitude radiating from the front desk was hostile at best. I have a hard time believing that Wyndham would allow an employee of that poor quality to be a customer facing representation of their brand. Shame on Travelodge and Shame on Wyndham. I will be contacting Wyndham corporate and filling a formal complaint and possible legal action against the young lady and the hotel. If you are a veteran, I would strongly recommend a different hotel.

★★★★Positive: The only thing good about the hotel was the restaurants in the area Negative: The shower was filthy. The pool was non working. I was told water is to expensive. I was woke up 4 days with people knocking on my door begging for money. The heat did not work.

NillJust a good old cheap hotel for construction work. Good bang for your buck. The Butler at the front desk very nice and professional. Also very impressed running both motels next to eachother with both phones at one desk. Doesn't go for no riff raff or homeless hoodlums. If you're looking for a decent place to stay for the night or a few consecutive nights this is the place for you!

NillI had a ticket to see the Green Bay Packers this past Sunday and I stayed at the Travelodge. It was clean and quiet. The breakfast was great, and enjoyed that they had coffee in the room. It was only a 30 minute drive to the stadium. The hotel had construction going on around the corner from the hotel so it was a little difficult to get around and in the plaza where the hotel is located. All and all a good place to stay.

★★When I checked in, the receptionist said my room number out loud for all to hear and then proceeded to tell me and everyone else in the room where it was. Had I been traveling alone, I would have left immediately.||||Upon entering the room for the first time, the smell of cigarette smoke filled my nose. I put our belongings in the room and hoped it would go away before I returned. After my son’s baseball games, we reentered the room with the smell still lingering. Working as a housekeeper before, I checked the filters in the hvac unit and noticed they have not been cleaned in awhile, if ever. So I cleaned them myself in hopes it would improve the air quality. I tore back the sheets to the beds and these were clean, so good job there. But when I pulled the chair out from the desk there was a bloody bandaid on the floor and more garbage underneath the beds. In the morning we woke up and all our feet were black from walking on the carpet. The vanity area for the bathroom was new and clean. The shower had great water pressure.
