Brand new hotel - everything was clean and orderly, meticulous attention to detail. Staff were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Hotel was easy to find. The walk from hotel to event center is about a minute, super convenient. Dining options close by. 10/10 would stay again and would highly recommend!

This hotel is the newest hotel I've ever stayed in. (April 2025). Everything is clean and has the new carpet/new furnishings smell. There were not many patrons at the time of our visit, so you don't see many staff, which is appropriate given their customer volume. The gentleman at the front desk was hospitable and efficient. My request for a late checkout was granted without fuss as was my request for an extra pillow. The lady who managed the complimentary breakfast kept everything spotless and helped me right away when the non-dairy milk ran out. The gym had the latest equipment and was spotless. The only teeny tiny problem I had was with the motion activated lights in the bathroom. It was a bit blinding when you have to pee in the middle of the night. Also, the lights turned off while I was showering.

Hotel is brand new and quite nice. Very quiet. My only complaint is that the bed is quite firm. We were only there for about 7 1/2 hours. My husband hardly slept, even in a king-size bed.
