DoubleTree by Hilton Madison Downtown

One of best Hilton properties I have stayed at. Front desk service was more than friendly and helpful. Free shuttle around town is great. Loved having Austin as our driver. Can't recommend this property any higher.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay convenient and enjoyable. A special shout out to Tracey & Austin, they were exceptionally friendly and did an amazing job giving an overview of the city and taking me to my destinations. I highly recommend the Double Tree Madison for its excellent service and welcoming atmosphere!!

I had a really lovely experience at The Double Tree. My room was much nicer than I expected and was very comfortable, had everything I needed. The staff was beyond wonderful. Everyone at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating and my room service came on time every morning and was truly delicious. But the best of all was our shuttle bus driver, Austin, who took us seemingly everywhere and was such a delight. He was so dependable and all of us board members really counted on him getting us to and from our meetings on time and he was just the best. Looking forward to staying here again for our next meeting!

Did I DREAM this hotel? I mean, sure, okay, it’s a DoubleTree, you say. But the rooms are way better than you might expect, the location is perfect for campus, and the staff—really excellent. Every single person is helpful, kind, and eager to do extra. Can’t remember the last business trip this nice. All the other chains (and all the other properties in this one) need to take note.

Absolutely fabulous experience, this will be my go-to when I need lodging in Madison. Andrea was phenomenal with working out my weird check in and check out times. Thank you!!! And that cookie was simply amazing, what a nice middle-of-the-night treat.

Great stay. From Cole the van driver from the airport, then Andrea at the front desk for check in. Then Liz “in the morning “ always smiling, Server at breakfast… great buffet. Rooms spotless can’t say enough will be back again always stay here when business calls. Thank you Double Tree staff.

I travel a lot for work and this hotel stands out! The staff is so friendly! Andrea was very helpful at the front desk. To top it all off, the room surpassed my expectations for a DoubleTree. Very clean and updated, no weird smells or stains. Would highly recommend!

The house keepers are very attentive and achieve amazing cleanliness. The front desk staff we're both friendly and helpful. The food was AMAZING. The location was perfect for attending a 3 day seminar at UW-Madison. They we're even helpful enough to help me locate a missing receipt.
