Rooms were clean, shout out to Jimena G. for the excellent service for our 3 night stay. The breakfast was delicious and fully stocked each day. The breakfast area was clean. The front desk staff were phenomenal! All professional and very polite. One of my best hotel experiences! Thank you!

We enjoyed our stay, it was clean, modern, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was done well and the area was clean. It is across from a mall although it seems to be going downhill however there are some decent stores. There are restaurants nearby also. We would definitely stay again.

We spent 3 nights here. No complains. I liked my breakfast. Give me eggs in different ways and I'm happy. Coffee was excellent. Good choice of breakfast food.

Stayed a couple of weeks ago as a part of a wedding block. I am mostly disappointed by the mishandling of our reservation and the lack of assistance during our initial arrival. A reservation was made for 3 days/2 nights. I called several months in advance to add an additional night. We weren't going to arrive until after midnight, so I asked them to add a note. The first front desk lady insited we didn't even need to add a night and that we could check in. However, I explained that even though we would still be arriving on the same initial day, it still requires us to pay for an extra night. She had to ask her manager about it and called us back a few days later... in which she did confirm we had to pay for an extra night. Fastfoward to day of check in. I called after check-in time to let them know we are still planning to stay at the hotel and that our eta was about 1:30/2:00 am. The gentlemen said we would be good and the night shift person would check us in. Once we arrived though, it seems our reservation was never actually updated. And they were sold out. I'm frustrated that we did our dudiligence to ensure our room would not be given away, and it turned out there was never a room to begin with. I am also frustrated by the managers response after the gentleman on duty called her. She said that "There is nothing we can do for them." However, after working in the hospitality industry for years, the right response would be to assist in "walking" us to another hotel. The gentleman was willing to call a couple places, but that was because we asked him, not because his manager instructed him to. While they ended up comping one of our nights, we had to stay at a hotel that was more expensive than what it would have been to stay here. That coupled with the inconvience of having to call other hotels, drive to another place (all at 2:00am), and then have to pack up and re-check-in, was not enough. When we talked to the manager herself, while she was helpful, she wasn't exactly super apologetic nor empathetic. It was like she didn't really care that it happened and wanted to forget it happened.

Loved our stay here for a little anniversary weekend getaway! Everything was clean, the rooms seemed newly remodeled, beds were comfortable, and the thermostat had excellent temperature control for both hot and cold. The front desk service was very hospitable and thorough in making sure we were set and knew our way around (shout out to David!). The pool and hot tub were great perks that definitely leveled up our experience (not all hotels have hot tubs these days). Complimentary breakfast was pretty standard with a decent selection. We weren’t super impressed with it, but we’re glad it was offered. We booked our reservation through Hotwire and got an incredible deal for a two night stay. Overall, we were incredibly happy with our stay here :)

The property was very clean, from the parking lot to my room. The bed was comfortable and the room was a great size. The staff was wonderful. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. The breakfast spread was good and the food was decent quality. The location was convenient to the interstate and very quiet. I always felt safe and never had any issues.

This was a last minute overnight stay. We checked in around 8:00pm. David checked us in and could not have been nicer. He offered restaurant recommendations, said something to make my husband laugh after our long drive. After that, we received texts to be sure we were happy with our accommodations. A small but thoughtful touch. My only negative is I hated the smell of the line of toiletries being carried now. I had to get my own soap to get the smell of lotion off my hands so I could sleep. |The room was clean, the shower had good water pressure. I would stay again but bring enough soap and shampoo to last.|They do need to fix the ice machine on the second floor.

We were really impressed about everything during our brief stay. The front-desk representative, David, was fantastic. It was the most welcoming check-in I've ever experienced. We received two complimentary bottles of water and text messages making sure our stay was going well! Although a bit tight, the room was comfortable, clean, and updated. It was one of the nicest spaces we've ever stayed in. The bathroom is small, too, but it was well-stocked, updated, and very clean. My only suggestion would be to have plug-ins by the mirror outside of the bathroom. We all needed to get ready at the same time and the bathroom is really only big enough for one, so plug-ins near the mirror outside of the bathroom would have been helpful. The breakfast was good, too, and there was a large space to eat - enough for the many hotel guests. We will be back next time we need to stay in Madison. I highly recommend!
