Sheraton Madison Hotel

I've lived in the Madison area all my life and have always pictured The Sheraton as a fancy hotel. Well, for my birthday, my husband booked a room for me to enjoy a relaxing night away from the family. After I was surprised to my gift, I heard of how Emilio, front office manager, went above and beyond for me. It was truly a great experience and unforgettable. The lobby area was peaceful enough where I was able to read a book and distantly find calmness in the other guests enjoying the space as well. The pool area is incredible. Breakfast was light and I'm glad there were snacks available too. The people working were always willing to help and responsive. The television has Bluetooth and other media options which was nice so I didn't have to hook up my laptop to it. I most definitely sang at the top of my lungs a few too many times and didn't receive any noise complaints nor did I hear noise from the other rooms. The bed was comfy and I woke up without any issues. I appreciated how easy checking in and out was. Again, an unforgettable memory. THANK YOU EMILIO for everything.

Every one welcoming and helpful. Clean comfortable quiet rooms. Restaurant and bar located in pretty first floor lobby area, food and service outstanding. Lots of parking. Convenient safe location. For all this, the price was reasonable! Definitely a five star experience for us!

I stayed here for five days, and my experience was excellent. The rooms were exceptionally clean, the location was conveniently close to my work site, and the shuttle service was highly efficient. The staff was extremely polite, and Darpan from the lounge provided outstanding service. He was very helpful in guiding me about the area.

Hotel rooms itself were nice and modern, front desk staff checking in was courteous but that’s all that was good about our stay. We had an issue with neighbors across the hall (5-6 teenage boys) shouting, running up and down the hall, and banging on doors until 1am. The parents were staying right next door and did nothing to tell them to stop. We were trying to sleep as we had to be up by 5am to go to surgery the next morning. We called the front desk around 12am and were told they would send security up to take care of the issue, but no one came up and the neighbors continued to be loud. Very annoying the staff didn’t do what they said they would and we didn’t get much sleep at all. Unfortunate there’s no free breakfast and what they have for food is expensive, didn’t have any luggage carts either, housekeeping likes to just stand around on their phones and walls are paper thin. Won’t stay here again, especially for the price we paid. Stay somewhere else

Another upscale hotel that doesn't have an exhaust fan in the bathroom. When did this become a thing? After a nice shower, I want to put on the exhaust fan and draw the moisture out of the room. Still feel damp even after getting dressed. Contractors are cutting corners on these buildings. This isn't the place to do it, imho.

I can't speak for every floor, but the walls on the second floor were paper thin. A person watching TV and giggling could be heard at minimum 2 doors down. The building itself looks nice, is clean, and has good food, but I hope you have the most polite and quiet neighbors if you plan on sleeping.

This hotel really surprised me. Exceeded my expectations. Most of all I am writing this review to say that the manager Emilio is AMAZING. He made sure we had everything we needed, made great suggestions and recommendations. The concierge lounge was also great - great hors d’ouvres during evenings. Thank you so much Emilio - you are awesome. You really made our stay great.

We were really impressed with the Sheraton Madison Hotel. The staff and shuttle service were excellent! We had a wedding block of rooms on a very busy weekend and it all went smoothly. It is obvious by the quality of attention was something that the staff was used to in a busy hotel and we were so happy we were staying there. Thank you to all of the staff who were so friendly and accommodating!
