The staff were all very friendly and thoughtful. Breakfast was a fairly standard continential affair, with a number of waffle machines, a few egg and baked good options, and a ridiculously slow yogurt dispenser. Our room was very spacious with a very comfortable (if a bit soft) bed and semi-firm couch, and plenty of drawers and space for luggage, bags, food, and clothes. The pool was nice - not hot, but warm enough, and about 5' deep at the farthest end. The fitness room was really nice! A Peloton bike, with a couple of other spin bikes, as well as some fairly new elliptical and treadmill machines. Also two adjustable benches, and dumbbells up to 70# (!), with a functional cable machine in the corner.

We had a great stay at this hotel on Friday! We were in town for a show downtown and this location worked very well. It's right off the beltline and makes for quick, easy access to downtown. The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. The blinds worked great; lots of light could be let in if they were open, but when closed it was perfectly dark. The front desk staff was kind and friendly, the shared areas (pool, gym, indoor and outdoor seating) were very clean, and the coffee, which is offered all day and night, was good. We will definitely stay here again for our next Madison night out.

Such a nice place to stay! The employees are warm and welcoming. Great rooms, clean, spacious, and comfortable. Very nice amenities and breakfast. The management is amazing! We will definitely be back again!

Overall pretty good. However, did have 3 issues/suggestions. 1. The packaged boiled eggs at breakfast were spoiled 2. There is a 3 hour window for breakfast 6-9am M-F, 7-10am Sat&Sun. For those who have early flights, they may miss the breakfast. Would suggest offering a limited breakfast of just a few items for those who may need to grab and go outside of the regular breakfast hours. Or, extend the window for breakfast. 3. The fitness center is on the first floor, not near any rooms. I had an early flight so wanted to get in a workout prior to leaving. However, it was not open until 6am and receptionist would not open it earlier. It was disappointing not to use it 24x7. Why even have a fitness room that is not 24x7? I was in the room (118) adjacent to the fitness center and definitely not an issue with noise. As far as rooms above the fitness center, suggest booking those rooms last. If there is no one in those rooms, allow guests to request to use the fitness center outside the normal hours vs a blanket policy that may not even make sense if no one is in those rooms.

All was good until I extended my room and was simply told it was extended. When I went to book another room a few days later for a coworker the rates offered to my coworker were over three times what I had and approached $450 a night. There was an agricultural event nearby and corporate greed, rather than customer loyalty prevailed. Additionally, I found out the cost of my room was jacked up significantly on my extension. The staff were totally uninterested in resolving the rate to encourage our continuation of our stay. It was clear that corporate culture of greed to maximize rates was the sole concern. My coworkers and myself were so disgusted on how we were treated with a total disregard for our loyalty with this hotel chain that we immediately searched-for other hotels within Madison and were able to locate a superior hotel chain with superior rooms and superior service for a fraction of the cost. Our company has 22,000 employees around the world and it will be very difficult to encourage coworkers to book rooms with the Hilton chain. My coworkers and I are combination of diamond and platinum elite members. I can not remember the time I felt obligated to write to write a negative review for a business in the service and hospitality industry

We had a good stay up until around 1:46 am when we had a random person knock on our door for about an hour. We had called front desk to ask them why we had a person doing this at this time. The front desk reported that they gave out the information of our room number and exact name to the other person with just a request of where we were at using names.|I find this very unprofessional and a breach in security and policies. I do not know if this is illegal but I will be pressing the certain hotel about this. Beware!

Didn't have any major issues to be addressed. The shower soap ran out & was changed promptly. Breakfast was the usual menu, but anything low was dealt with quickly, and food was very good.

Great location off Rimrock, which allows you to skip out on John Nolan traffic (if there is any) Staff is kind and attentive. Breakfast included in stay!
