I'd give it 5 Stars but the hallways on 2nd and first floor needed vacuuming. Plus needs some TLC for dings and dents and marks on walls and elevator. Great staff though! Breakfast was nice variety. Never had an omelette making option before! Plus we stayed across from the elevator, which I always try to avoid but didn't hear once all night! Planning to stay there again in March.

My husband was in the hospital and my grown sons and I wanted to stay close to the hospital. I was so happy to see Super 8 was only a six minute drive away from the hospital. I called and reserved two rooms immediately! We stayed for two nights just to make sure my husband was stable post surgery before returning home. Their breakfast was extensive and wish I had known about the pool and hot tub!

Best budget hotel. Had to find a hotel the same day of my 3 day business trip and found this one at a very reasonable price. It's not the prettiest place but it's clean enough and has all your basic amenities plus free breakfast every day. You can't beat that. Honestly some of the best sleep I've ever had at a hotel. Definitely a best alternative to other places nearby.

Check in was quik and efficient. Room was a little weird but not bad smelling. A/c worked great. Bed was squeaky and a little hard but no problems sleeping. Clean all around newer rooms but not perfect. The breakfast was still good at 8am, coffee was good. We only stayed one night. I would stay here again. Well worth what I paid.

I checked in ok but once I got to my room it was dirty. I had connected rooms and there was food and paper in-between the doors. When I tried to change it. It took a minute. But we got it changed. Then the people was rude. The next day there was a stack of towels out in the hall. Then there's a stack in front of my door. The maid knocked and asked if it was mine I said no. So she tells me that's fine I can go check the cameras. Like ma'am if those was my towels I would have told you. I took credit for the ones that were mine but the big pile down the hall was not mine. Then when I asked her did she check the camera she just looked at me and roll my eyes I'm like well did you find out the truth can I get an apology. Then all of a sudden she act like she couldn't speak English. But you were speaking it just fine when you knocked on my door.. The morning manager he was not very pleasing either. When I asked for towels to clean up a mess someone else made he got an attitude. It was just not a good stay altogether. Then the whole second floor smelt like weed. I understand I smoke so I get it. But no one said anything when my mom mentioned the fact that the whole hallway was smoking. I'm going to all could come and tell me not to smoke too close to the front door. Lol worst day ever....

I've been on the road a long time and unfortunately I have to stay at buget hotels because of cost. This hotel was the best one I've stayed at in a long time. Clean pool and hot tub, and rooms were really nice. Breakfast was always served at least 30 minutes before it was posted to start so that was really nice for early risers. Friendly staff! I wish all my hotels over that last couple of months were like this. Well worth the price!!

I recently stayed at the Super 8 in Madison, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel is conveniently located with easy access to local attractions and major roads. The check-in process was smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Madison.

A little hard to get to in rush hour, traffic is very slow. Would have preferred if it were closer to the highway we were travelling on but it was easy to resume our trip the next morning after 9:00am. Rooms were very clean and beds comfortable. Reasonably priced with indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was decent with a choice of ommelettes or waffles, cereal, toast etc.
