Courtyard Madison East

I couldn't be happier with my experience here! This hotel was incredibly well kept and VERY high quality. The rooms are VERY sound proof (we didn't hear anyone at all in the other rooms even though the hotel was fully booked!) we had a whirlpool suite and it was BEAUTIFUL. The whirlpool in the room was like brand new and was VERY comfortable and well maintained. This was a very very impressive hotel and was very affordable as well. It's also located in a VERY safe area. I highly recommend staying here if you're coming to Madison!

We used the Courtyard East and Fairfield for our wedding hotel blocks. They had decent room rates and a free shuttle (or compensation if needing a larger shuttle- requiring 40 booked rooms). They offered a free room for bride & groom as well if we filled a specific number of rooms. They also had a late bar option for us- which was great! Unfortunately, they only could offer 15 blocked rooms per hotel at a time. They told us that they could open more as needed. As we got closer to the wedding- the rooms got filled up quickly (our wedding was > 200 people so we were not surprised. Kristen Kirk was our hotel contact. She was almost impossible to reach by email or phone, and took weeks to answer my messages. By the time she answered, people booked outside our block and there were not many additional rooms available to could block. I was told that we had 40 booked in our block- enough for the shuttle compensation- so we were fine with this. After the wedding we were told we were actually at 38 rooms, so we lost out on the compensation. We were also told we have an outstanding balance in which I have the receipts that I paid. After complaining and fighting this- we lost out on $100 total. Very disappointed in Kristen Kirk- her availability, accessibility, and poor communication.

I reserved the hot tub room. It was so clean! The staff was warm & welcoming |There was a high school hockey team staying here & did not hear them as the rooms are pretty sound proof |They offer good food & Starbucks coffee. The pool & hot tub was amazing. Great location too

We are currently staying at this hotel. We have two smaller children who are staying with us and they were playing in the room. We received a noise complaint within the first hour and a half of being here for kids being kids. They have no understanding for family nor children. Would not recommend for families with children. Apparently, they require children to sit silently during their stay. This was supposed to be a fun trip for our family.

Comfortable bed & pillows|Cleanliness & condition of fixtures and rooms need major overhaul but the lobby & bistro are in excellent shape. Food was excellent. Friendly staff too!!|Roscoe is a Rockstar!!! Triple A plus to this amazing employee

Love this hotel. Second stay here. Very clean and it does not smell like weed (Thank you so much for that!, unfortunately other hotels in Madison do!) this was very close to the airport so will stay again and have joined the rewards club.

Immaculately clean, nice place off the highway for a quick overnight stop. Joshua's customer service is unmatched! Grace kept the room spotless. We'll definitely be back!

I would like to express my appreciation for the ambiance of this hotel. The breakfast and dinner offerings, in particular, are outstanding and contribute significantly to the overall experience.
