SpringHill Suites Madison

A super clean hotel with great amenities!! I had a great time staying at SpringHill. The location cannot be beat. It’s within walking distance of Target, food, and a whole shopping center! They had a nice, small gym which was very clean. The staff were very friendly. They had water/ice dispensers on every floor which I appreciated so much!! I would highly recommend staying here!

We stayed in one of the larger king suites and it was spacious but felt quite cheap. Pictures make it seem nicer than it is. Floors are like vinyl plastic made to appear like wood so they come off very cheap, and the carpet seems dirty and dingy. Most frustratingly, the room was FREEZING. I'm talking 60 degrees inside, despite setting the thermostat to 77 to try our best to being it up. After calling front desk to remove the artificial limiter, we were about to get the temperature to 72 deg after 4-5 hrs, and that was still cold. Really disappointing experience so I'm being generous with the 4 stars. Needs were also too firm so quite uncomfortable. Outside of the rooms the hotel shines. Nice gym and pool and general grounds/amenities, but the rooms definitely need work.

I stay at this property several times a year between business and family stays. Great property, convenient location on west side, and bonus points for the AC always working through the night. Nothing worse than warm rooms to sleep.

Titanium member. As a pilot, I stay exclusively at Marriott properties whenever I can and hands down this is one of the most amazing SpringHill Suites I’ve ever stayed at; it’s equal to or better than most of the pure brand Marriott properties I’ve stayed at. I’d rank it in the top 5% of hotels I’ve stayed at for service, location and cleanliness. Our room was fantastic, and the location is right at Hilldale outdoor mall, which makes it a terrific spot to stay. The breakfast (free) is on par with any M Club accoutrements I’ve seen, which is on par or better than most of the full service Marriott properties I’ve stayed out. Just a superior experience all around. You won’t be disappointed!

Came here for a family staycation. I was looking for a place to accommodate our large group. Plus I wanted to be close to everything. Springhill fit the bill. Booked a total of 4 rooms. To start asked that all rooms, at the least, be near each other. We were not only near but next to one another. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast fit the bill for our large group. I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs (which usually is not the case). Pool was fun. We did gather to play “games” on 1st floor. Lots of room for our pizza, drinks, and game time. Every, and I mean every, employee I encountered was pleasant and took care of our needs. Sadly on our last night/morning half of our group got stomach flu or?? Asked to get a later check out. Which we were given without question. This meant a lot to me and our very sick crew. So a big thanks for the accommodation. If I’m ever back in Madison, this will be my “go to” hotel.

Wow what a great hotel! My family and I came for the Wisconsin Badger football game ❤️🖤🤍and stayed a night. Instead of getting an Uber or cab🚖, we were able to take the Metro Transit bus 🚍to be dropped off near Union South to attend Badger Bash. The hotel is clean, staff were awesome, and the breakfast 🧇 🥚 🥣 selection had something for everyone. The fitness room 🏋️‍♀️🏋️ and pool 🏊‍♀️ were a plus too. We would definitely stay here again 😁

The rooms are phenomenal, clean and modern. It smells so fresh and new. The staff are very prompt in taking care of their guests. They dress so very nice. They are so well with making sure your happy. Complimentary chocolate was a sweat touch. It has alittle market area of drinks and snacks. The bar was relaxing and easy going. Little pricey but we still enjoyed. A generous amount of lounge areas everywhere. Ambience is so beautiful and feels like a vacation. Very decent size pool. Workout room. And more. Parking garage is very convenient. Breakfast is free until 9 am. I would love to come back. And I highly recommend this for couples, families, kids and people traveling. It's accommodating to everyone.

I usually stay a Hilton home 2s. I prefer this Marriott instead. The staff is great . The room is impeccable. And the restaurant/bar was very good.
