Comfort Suites Madison West

It was fine at first. I’m only here for medical reasons. Neighbors next door were extremely loud until 2am!!! I suffer from PTSD and anxiety, the screaming and crying does not help or get a descent night sleep. Front desk staff did nothing but offer to change my room. My daughter suggested I call authorities which I did. No solution. To top it off a hotel clerk tried to help and extend my stay but instead he booked me for a different hotel that’s no refundable. So now I’m out$375.!!!!!!!! Most staff is helpful but there’s always one who will make things a challenge. It should not be this disrespectful

The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. What more could you ask?||The front desk staff was very helpful and very friendly. That is a refreshing change from places I've travelled. ||The breakfast is outstanding. I love the waffle maker. Interesting twist is the small waffles rather than one large one. Less waste.

A bit dated, fridge didn't work and hallways were a bit noisy. Other than that, the room was clean and spacious, beds comfy and check in was fast and easy. Breakfast was decent and all the employees were very friendly

Absolutely atrocious!!! I didn’t want my daughter walking thru the hallways, too worried she’d end up with a contact buzz from all of the LOUD LOUD weed being smoked in the hotel…. Additionally there’s non guests (homeless!?) sleeping by the fireplace and pool table. One gentleman made offensive gestures to me while my daughter and I were playing pool. 😢. Multiple guests have dogs and it smells like multiple dogs!!!

Positive: The breakfast was nice. The staff, overall, was friendly. Negative: The hot tub was cold. Some of the guests staying at the hotel were a bit sketchy

I travel a lot for work and I would say this is a great room for the price. Fast friendly check in, pretty nice breakfast and clean room. I've payed more for a lot less. Definitely will be staying again.

I want to give this place a good review but I can't. The hotel itself is very nice but the staff is not great. The bed frame was broken and it was covered by a bed skirt so we didn't see it right away. My 7yr old with autism was climbing off the bed started to cry and we noticed he was bleeding. I went to the front desk and she didn't even have a first aid kit. She gave me a couple bandaid and hand sanitizer. Then at 12:30am someone actually used a key to open my door. My 7, 5, and 4 yr olds were all finally sleeping. That surely doesn't make us feel safe that anyone can get a key to your room. Went to the front desk in the morning told her what happened and she said the night crew must have gotten too busy or forgot to ask for proof of room. Lock those locks people because anyone can come in. Then I ask to speak to a manager and she said no manager on until Tuesday! Still haven't spoken to one yet. I will update on how they plan to correct these major safety issues when someone finally calls me back. $600 for a 2 night stay and you can't even feel safe...
