The hotel smelled so fresh and good as soon as I walked in. The desk clerk was welcoming and helpful. My room was at the perfect temperature, extremely clean, and the bed and pillows were super comfortable. Slept like a baby. The shower head was really high, I'm not tall, but my friend is and he usually complains about the height of the shower head, and I figure if he was there he would appreciate it. The shower surround itself was made of an easy clean material with a good esthetic. Made me feel better about the cleanliness of the shower with it looking like it was easy to clean. There was even a small ledge at the bottom corner for women to shave their legs, how thoughtful! There was no coffee pot in the room, but there was a 24-7 on demand coffee maker downstairs. Breakfast was much more than I figured it would be also. I thought it was just grab and go, like muffins, fruit and yogurt. There was eggs, potatoes, crumbled bacon and sausage patties. 1st time staying at this chain, but definitely won't be the last!

Very clean hotel, great value, I would definitely recommend it. The location is right off the highway, 15 minutes away from the city by car. Eli is THE friendliest guy and super helpful in recommending things, and an asset to the hotel! He made our stay that much more enjoyable. Eli if you're reading this, you're always welcome in Toronto!

This is an excellent property with its being new at the time of this review, and the place is in great shape. The guest rooms have plenty of outlets and power points for those who are traveling with a lot of electronics. The rooms are hospital-grade clean, and the beds and bedding are all very good and comfortable. The staff at this property are very professional and helpful, and they go out of their way to assist customers. The whole property is very clean both inside and outside, and it is kept up very well. This property cannot be more than ten minutes away from Billy Mitchell Airport, and it is barely twenty minutes to Downtown Milwaukee. While the location of this property seems a bit odd at first being sandwiched between two warehouses there are many convenient resources nearby be it Wendy's, McDonald's, an Aldi grocery store, and gas stations. A Roundy's/Pick and Save is not too far away just across the interstate. While there are not any restaurants in the immediate vicinity of this hotel, if one goes one exit north of this hotel there are plenty of full service restaurants available. The area around this hotel is very safe and quiet. Even though this property is along the interstate highway there clearly is good sound proofing on the building because one can barely hear the vehicles on the highway. In short, staying at this property is a no-brainer if one is looking for a safe, clean, affordable, and comfortable hotel nearby Milwaukee or if one just wants a place to rest after a long drive.

Our recent staycation at Avid - Oak Creek, with our two kids was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment we checked in, we felt warmly welcomed by Antonio at the front desk and everything about the experience exceeded our expectations. The highlight for us was the delicious breakfast spread each morning. There was something for everyone, with a wide variety of options and the adults loved the coffee area. The hotel’s amenities were top-tier, making it easy to keep the entire family entertained. The pool was clean and well-maintained, with a shallow area perfect for younger swimmers. Another major plus was the hotel’s prime location. It was surrounded by plenty of dining and shopping options, so we never had to travel more than a few minutes to explore or grab a bite. As a loyalty member, we were thrilled to take advantage of some great perks, including a late check-out. This allowed us to have a truly relaxing last day, enjoying one final leisurely breakfast and some pool time with the kids before heading home. It made the whole experience feel even more luxurious and unhurried. Overall, the Avid was an ideal spot for our family staycation. With its great breakfast, fantastic amenities, and unbeatable location, it’s a place we’ll definitely return to. Highly recommended for families looking for comfort and convenience!

We were very impressed with Avid Hotel Oak Creek. The design was sleek and all areas were clean. The staff were friendly and efficient. ||From what I understand, the Avid Hotel brand is based on providing primarily business travelers with an affordable, modern, pared-down but high quality hotel option. I was pleasantly surprised by our experience. Our two queen room did not seem any smaller than other hotels we have stayed at. The only things not provided in-room that many hotel rooms have were a dresser with drawers (which we never use anyway) and a microwave. There is a fridge in-room and a microwave in the lobby/breakfast area. Ample Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand gel, and hand lotion were provided. ||The pool area was wonderful. I dislike needing to steel myself as I ease my way into hotel pools that are too cold. This was heated to the perfect temperature and very relaxing. Not a huge pool, but we didn't expect that to begin with. I would estimate at least 20'x16'. 5' at its deepest. No hot tub (as expected). ||The "grab and go" breakfast also exceeded expectations. We were anticipating prepackaged pastries, a piece of fruit, coffee, and maybe orange juice. But really, it was everything we've had at other midscale hotels with free breakfast with the exception of a waffle maker. There were several types of fresh mini muffins, cereals, oranges and bananas, a toaster with bread and different types of bagels and condiments, milk, apple juice, orange juice, coffee, even scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and bacon. ||The location of the hotel is great. Right off the highway for easy access to all downtown Milwaukee attractions (15-20ish minutes away), but far enough to avoid crowds and return to peace and quiet at the end of the day. Plenty of good restaurant options close by for individuals or families. ||5/5. Couldn't have been happier with this hotel.

You could not ask for a higher quality stay at a similar type hotel in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and value. Front desk hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hotel lobby and rooms were in brand new condition and hotel rooms equipped with nice amenities including ample charging ports.

The hotel was very new and very clean. The little extras were great- pool toys (basketballs, beach balls, sinker toys). Rooms were a little tighter but very efficiently planned out. Even had many hooks on the walls for stuff, firm and soft pillow at each spot in bed.

It’s a very quiet place to relax after my friend had surgery. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I was surprised by the healthy foods and drinks right in the lobby instead of those gross vending machines at most hotels! Definitely worth it!
