Comfort Suites Milwaukee Airport

We really enjoyed our stay at this Comfort Suites. I thought the price was very reasonable for a very nice room which is cleaned daily, unlike other Comfort Suites that don’t clean unless you ask to be clean. The breakfast was above average. Praise to the breakfast manager for keeping a good supply of food with such a large crowd. They have real bacon, pre-cooked fried eggs that are much tastier than the watery scrambled eggs at some of the other hotels . They also had oatmeal with walnuts, cranberries, and other toppings. I can’t have dairy; so, I had to put water in my oatmeal, and it was still good. The staff was very helpful. The lobby, halls and elevators all remained clean, even though there were three large groups with a lot of kids staying at the hotel. We had a very restful sleep and were not bothered by that fact.

We’ve been staying at Comfort Suites Milwaukee for years and have always had a good experience—until this time. Our room had a huge leak under the sink, which we didn’t notice right away. Unfortunately, my wife’s clothing got completely soaked. On top of that, the shower was awful—there was almost no water pressure, making it nearly impossible to rinse off soap. It was a frustrating experience overall. While we understand that maintenance issues can happen, we were really disappointed this time. We hope management addresses these problems to prevent future guests from dealing with the same issues.

I, my husband, kids and our dog just stayed here last week, the beds were super comfy, great service from the front desk, good breakfast. The only problem was the pool was VERY dirty!!!! there were dead boxselder bugs in the toddler pool, so my son wouldn't swim there, and in the big pool there was one, they were also crawling on the tile by the hottub, inside the pool was brown/black because it was dirty and you could feel the scum on the tile around the pool, we all still swam and had a fun time.

We stayed less than 12 hours because we got in late, but it was a beautiful room, and the staff were so nice. We did a stay and fly deal with our room, and it was a great deal. Shuttle picked us up and brought us to the airport.

Spent four nights, and everyone was great, from check-in to housekeeping. The rooms are very affordable. We went for my niece's quineañera and it was amazing. Can't wait to go back.

We have been staying at this hotel frequently for over twenty years. The only times we didn’t was when we needed a shuttle to the airport which they did not offer They recently added a shuttle so now we will stay here exclusively. They have great handicap accessible rooms. Great staff. Awesome free breakfast. Rooms are always clean . They have adjoining rooms available when you have additional family Prices are reasonable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants in the area,

Positive: Breakfast was pretty good. Butter should be left out of fridge. You can't spread rock hard butter on anything. Other comfort suites serve softened butter. Negative: Handicap room should have a high rise toilet. The daytime clerk was the most stoic, unfriendly person ever. I had 3 encounters with her. Not one smile, no eye contact. No greeting. No thank you. No have a nice day. Not even in response to my greeting.
