Homewood Suites by Hilton Oak Creek Milwaukee

We have stayed here a couple of times and it was a nice stay both times. This time we brought our dog with us this time. Very dog friendly. Plenty space to walk our dog. Several spots outside that had pet clean up stations. Our dog was comfortable and got lots of attention from others. He loved it.😆. We picked a room away (we are Hilton honors club)from most of the hotel traffic and he didn't bark at all. The hotel is clean and comfortable. It is literally right off the highway and easy access to the airport. My only complaint is the lights from the bathroom shine very bright and right in line with the bed, which is only a problem if you have a partner and are a light sleeper. This is a very minimal problem. We will be staying here again in April

I had an amazing stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton in Oak Creek! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Check-in was quick and easy, and I immediately felt at home. The suite was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a super cozy bed. It was perfect for a longer stay, with everything I needed to feel comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic, offering a great variety of fresh and tasty options. I also loved the hotel’s amenities, including the well-equipped fitness center and inviting common areas. The location is excellent—close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants, yet in a quiet and relaxing area. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Whether you’re staying for a night or an extended visit, Homewood Suites Oak Creek is a perfect choice. I’ll definitely be back!

I have stayed here a good handful of times. Never been disappointed. However, my recent stay brought me to leaving this review. The front desk attendant, Kaziyah, was welcoming and patient. The booking company had made an error and we weren’t able to locate the right reservation. In the end we got it handled but she was a CHAMP and calm throughout the chaos. Customer service on point! 🙌🏼

This Homewood Suites is new and very nice. The location was perfect for my getaway. The hotel shuttle was readily available and prompt which was great. The pool was a nice evening retreat after walking at The Milwaukee Public Museum. You can count on a good stay here and I will plan to return.

Had our granddaughters 5th birthday party in a suite. The room was clean and very spacious. Beds were comfy . Loved having a full fridge. The staff was so accommodating and friendly. Pool was nice and warm and the complementary breakfast was amazing . Would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

I stayed at Homewood with my daughter for a couple days, and all I can say is wow!! The staff was outstanding. Melissa, Sara, Kaziyah, Monica, Marlene, and Nicole all went above and beyond during my stay here. The rooms were clean, smelt nice, and very spacious! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are visiting the area! Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home!

Overall it was great. The kitchen was very well equipped (see the pictures), the water pressure was great in the bathroom. The breakfast was also good. Everything was clean. The only problem was having ants.

My suggestion is do not have your wedding here. My wife and I had our wedding here and from the get-go we got the runaround. Partially our fault for not doing better research and choosing a venue but this was in our budget and had to do. We started with a lady named Felicity who was the coordinator of our wedding. She was suddenly let go and now we are dealing with Melissa. Mind you we were told things by Felicity that Melissa had absolutely no idea what we were talking about. Fast forward they hire another lady Kathleen who totally failed to let us know that she would not be there on our wedding night. We were then informed that faith would be there on our wedding night and we have never met and still have yet to meet faith. When my wife and I got there to set up for our wedding Melissa who was laying across the chairs and two other women were sitting there chatting. The food was mediocre and did not taste anything like what we tasted at our tasting. The carrots were hard as a rock and the food was bland. The chef was rude and thought that compensating me and my wife with wine would make things better. Mind you we don't drink. So she decided to bring four burnt pizzas out and put them under the warmer for an hour before anybody decided to eat any. For the first half of dinner service there was nobody in the room my wife's mother had to dismiss tables to get to the buffet line. She was the one that was letting people know when it was their turn to get in line not anybody from the hotel. Eventually a woman from the hotel made an appearance during dinner service. Overall my experience was not great I do not recommend this place whatsoever. From price to changing to four different people. It's terrible food and terrible service we were highly disappointed especially with the amount of money we spent.
