Comfort Inn Evanston I-80

Check in was easy, lots of parking, handicap friendly, service pet was not charged an extra fee, room was decent, the bed was more comfortable than most hotels Ive stayed in. Overall, good choice. I just wish I would have chosen this hotel last week when I came through. Sometimes cheaper isn't better. Price wasn't the cheapest around but not Holiday Inn status either. It was worth paying a little more for the comfort.

My best friend lives in Evanston.she suggested an inexpensive locally run hotel. It was not comfortable! We rebooked at the Comfort Inn and could not have been happier! I booked first through Bookings.com. when I needed to add a day they said the Comfort Inn was sold out. I called Comfort Inn and spoke to Cherie. She was able to get me the additional day but I would need to "check out and check back in" because of the two booking sources. She made it so easy, and did it for me even though I forgot to go talk to her. When I remembered and stopped at the desk she knew who I was and the only thing we needed to do was get out room keys reprogrammed. |They have everything you expect bit don't think about asking about. Like coffee in the room. This was a comfortable place to end our over scheduled vacation. Slept like a baby!

Run away. This is a horrible 'choice'. They have no elevator so I was forced to stay on the first floor. I was shocked when i got to my room and found out it was a pet room...tho it was so awful i wouldnt expect a pet to stay there. I asked for another room but the clerk "claims" the entire first floor is allvpet rooms. I can't imagine! It is cold, uncarpeted, dirty, chipped bath tub, no hair dryer, 1 cup of coffee, not enough towels for two, linens no more substantial than a sheet and hard lumpy pillows smaller than standard size on a queen bed. Two washcloths which were so thin and rough they are either washed in lye or 20 years old.There are budget 1 & 2 ☆ hotels in the area i should have gone there. Im positive the rooms were at least equal if not better for considerably less $. The only good thing was that when the choice privlidges reservation desk mistakenly booked me twice, the clerk at the hotel caught it and told me to ensure I didn't get charged twice. Thank you for that.

My stay here was, interesting, the tv didn't work, the beds were like SAND PAPER, it was a million degrees, the breakfast was HORRIBLE, the coffee was VERY disappointing. There was no hot tub, there was multiple of the same picture, none of the outlets worked to charge my phone, the phone didn't work, ME WILL NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE AGAIN, the people working here were acting like there were in a circus, If I could give this lower than 1 star I would.🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠🤠

Not the best looking hotel from the outside but very nice and clean on the inside..Good location and easy access from the highway.

Location is perfect for I-80. On and off. Rooms are comfy and clean. Pool is out of order most of the time. Staff is very casual.

For the money and area, this was a nice place. They also allow small pets, which we have. I found the room clean and welcoming. The staff was professional and courteous. After having an issue with another hotel in Wyoming, I was a little worried but the Comfort Inn was great. The breakfast was nice and despite it being a short stay, we felt comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed there for couple nights and our stay was enjoyable. The check in was easy and friendly and room was clean as expected with Comfortinn . Also have hot breakfast in the morning with multiple choice. Thank you for accommodating us and we will stay there again
