Desert Rose Motel and RV Storage

It was the best Motel in town,we stay there for almost 5 weeks,owner treat us like family.very quiet and peaceful..and the price was great..very clean ,inside and outside...will stay there again..

I am a Preacher..a friend was staying there when we got a call. He was very ill..We came over right away. Entered room and within seconds a knock at the door..manager. It turns out they have a no visitor rule..a policy very much illegal by inkeepers rules and regulations. He left us alone as I went and got medicine. I learned that he had managed to call a friend to come watch over him..and the manager had bullied her and turned her away..I dont know what will come next this nite but beware if they harass my friend even slightly..

The price was crazy high. But it was NASCAR WEEKENDThe website said there were full kitchens in the rooms. There were not. A microwave and mini mini fridge. The lights did not even have lamp shades. Had to make one! And the TV STOPPED GETTING RECEPTION AT 10 PM DID NOT GET IT BACK TIL LESS THAN AN HOUR BEFORE WE HAD TO CHECK OUT But the olace was clean. And I FELT very safe there. Awesome shower!! Just let the water run for a minute to get rid of the smell.

4.5 years ago I spent 13 months here. I had no problems. The owner, Richard is a very nice man. The place is kind of old and the rooms are kind of modest, but the price reflects that.

Owner / manager was very rude. I was with my three young children in a minivan, parked in a parking space for just a few minutes when he came from a nearby dumpster and approached us in a confrontational manner. I was hesitant to talk to this strange man through my window, but thought maybe he was trying to be helpful. I was wrong. I explained that I was unfamiliar with the area and just parked in a safe spot to figure out the location of a school bus stop. Red Mountain High School has the name and address of the Desert Rose Motel on their website for one of the stops, but he insisted that I was wrong. He kept repeating that the stop would be somewhere on the street, not there. He treated me as if I was doing something wrong and made it clear that I needed to leave. I'm not sure how a mom in a nice, new minivan with little kids is a problem but he did not want us there. I would NOT support this business. Also, do not let your kids use that bus stop - it is in a sketchy area and I would NOT feel comfortable with kids waiting there! They will get harrassed! I will be reporting this to the bus company and school.

Desert Rose Motel has been perfect for my needs. It is kept very clean and it is quiet. You can park right outside your door and they don't bother you about cleaning your room when renting weekly . They will clean per your request. Quick access to the freeway and shopping too. I like it so much that I would love to live here.

Older motel in East Mesa. Stayed a month while on vacation. Also utalized the RV storage, that was easily accessible. It was quite and had a lovely citrus garden. No house keeping/vacuuming or tissue for the entire stay. The room kept an unpleasant odor, the kitchenette stove and refrigerator were in disrepair. The hot water for showers was out often.

Great service, very polite and allowed early check in. The price is affordable and is a much better value compared to the other motels around here. It's clean, homie and quiet. In the future if a motel is needed, this place will be my 1st choice and I definitely would/will recommend staying here.
