Back To Nest Homestay

Great hospitality and awesome food. This place is a Homestay in its true sense. The owners of this place stay in an adjoining cottage and all the preparation is done by the family - as you would do for your personal guests. The place is immaculately clean and well maintained. Would definitely recommend this to others and would stay there again.. Pls check the weather forecast before travel as it might be a bit uncomfortable staying in very hot weather. Chikmanglur Homestays in general are not planned for very hot weather !

Literally home away from home. the hospitality of the hosts was excellent! the food par excellent.. It was completely malnad cuisine and the hosts took care of every detail... warm milk for kids.. starters for evening.. extra dishes for kids etc., very clean rooms and the location was just perfect! I would def love to go back there again!

Stayed at Back to Nest for couple of days. We were three families visiting Chikmagalur to attend a friend's wedding and this Homestay was a perfect choice. We were able to book all 3 rooms and had the entire homestay to ourselves. Rooms are good and comfortable but a bit compact. Room 1 with 3 beds, room 2 with 2 beds and room 3 with 1 bed. Food was tasty and additional requests were taken care of without any issues. Sanjay and Supreeth were great hosts and very hospitable. Overall a comfortable stay close to Chikmagalur town (15 kms away)

We stayed here with family for 3 days. We had a great experience. Mr. Supreet is very friendly and caring. By the time of booking to reaching our place he took care. Great hospitality... Back to the nest is a perfect place to spend your time with family and friends. Even they guide you about the places to visit and make arrangements for vehicles through out your stay...... They treat us like their family members. I highly recommend to choose this place.

The location was good and the stay has ample space for parking. The ambience was lovely and the hospitality from Supreeth and family was warm. Supreet guided us for the locations to visit and he was very informative. He even helped us with quick cash when we needed it for emergency. The best part of the stay was the home cooked food by Supreet's mother. They served us with variety and tasty malanad dishes and applause to Sanjay and Supreeth brothers. I would've given 5 star for sure but I have few concerns and I would like to see the following areas improved on my next visit: 1. Shampoos for toiletry. 2. Changing the bedding regularly. 3. Wifi stability. 4. A small night bulb or bed lamp inside the room as it's pitch dark after turning off lights. 4. Charges should be as per the usage and not default.

One of the best and highly recommended Home stay, with excellent ambience and spacious rooms, cleanliness with highest rating and 24/7 hot water, Ample of space for four wheeler and two wheeler parking. The food served here is of traditional one as per the Chikamagalur culture, the owner of the property is very cooperative and always smiling. I sign out my review with 💯% satisfaction.

We can’t imagine the trip to Chikmagalur without this homestay. It is located among the coffee plantations. It’s pristine, peaceful and super relaxing. I loved my time in the evening with a book on the porch. The food was by far the best part of the stay. At the time, we were the only ones in the homestay and so it was very nice of the family to give us a wide variety of dishes for each meal. One should definitely ask for their fish dishes. You won’t find them anywhere else in the country. Supreeth was supremely patient and guided us thoroughly. He also took us through their coffee plantations. Every request we made was met gracefully.

We stayed in back to nest for 3 days.Amazing location. Great hospitality. Tasty home food. We loved to have breakfast and non vegetarian dishes. Mr.Supreeth is friendly, caring and treated us as their family. He was very patient and guided us every step of the way. We were lucky to have their special food on diwali. We had a great experience in visiting their coffee plantation. I highly recommend this homestay if ever anyone is in chikmagalur.
