Devigiri Resort

We must say John Uncle and his Wife are excellent host, the way they welcomed us and gave an explanation about the Resort, surroundings, their experiences in this field, etc is a must for every guest to have a glance at their stay and the place. John uncle even helped in carrying our luggage, always checking when we had been out to roam in terms of safety also he helped us catch the train on time while leaving for Home. His wife had worn a mask all the time to maintain hygiene in terms of food, distance from people etc Staff's behaviour even John uncle's daughters were so cooperative, supportive & understanding in terms of all like serving food quickly, behaving politely, etc Coming to Nature its Beautiful, and stunning in the Resort as well as the surrounding area.

Had a very pleasant stay. We have visited with a group of friends. This place is Very near to mother earth. Close to all the major locations. They have a private property and great view points. Overall experience is fabulous. The owners and manager and their family is very warm and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay at this resort in wooden cottages which were well maintained but there is still scope for improvement. However, the authenticity of this place and food is really next level..The taste and quality of food here is simply yummy and amazing. There are no words to describe the food and hospitality here. Also John uncle and his family took extra efforts to make our stay enjoyable. He was always protective about us and our kids which we really loved. Thanks alot Uncle for your sweet gesture.This place is completely safe and sound for couples with kids. The beauty here is something more than serene. Jhari waterfalls and Mulayanagiri peak is close from this resort.Honestly, would recommend this place to all who want to have a peaceful getaway with excellent service and food.

We stayed here for 2 days, truly exceptional place amidst nature. Surrounded by lush green forest.You can even hear peacock sounds in the morning. John and Julie are taking care of this property and everything around it. They have very artistic nature. Both are very sweet and humble. Rooms - Neat and clean very well maintained, wooden themed rooms. Property is also amazing with greenery on both sides as you enter. Food - Food was too delicious we had both day breakfasts and dinnners at that place, it was great start to the day and great end after travelling all day. Rajesh is the man behind the taste of food.

We stayed there for 3 nights and the stay was very comfortable and homely. The bestest part about this property is their hospitality. The staff was very cooperative and very very responsive. They really made our stay experience homely and special. Special mention to the manager, Mr. John who took really very good care of us. He is soo soo humble and welcoming. He is really a gem to the property. He was very attentive and responsive to any of the queries and requests we had. Also, a very special mention to Mr. Nandheesh for taking us to the property tour and the private sunset view point with the jeep which was a kind of adventurous safari experience. The view we got from the sunset point was nowhere to be seen from anywhere in the city with the view of 3 mountain peaks(Mullayangiri, Baba budan giri, and 3rd name I forgot) and the waterfall (again I forgot the name of the dhaara). He also took us to the property's private spring water area and coffee plantation. Also, Mr. Nandheesh is a very good professional photographer and took really good photographs and videos of us. We had a friend's birthday during our stay there and the staff and the owner Amma, made it a very special. Again, very much thanks to Mr. Nandheesh for arranging the cakes and decoration items from the town for the occasion and Mr. John and team for the decorations and the warm celebration and making it special. This property is surrounded by coffee plantations and silver oak trees. The property has types of houses to stay like tree houses, wooden cottages, etc. The property has ample of common space to play cricket, football, basketball, badminton, carrom, or to do campfire, team activities and what not. Also, they have a bluetooth music system on which you can play music as loud as you want and dance and party with your friends and family and enjoy the dinner time. Overall, we had a very great and memorable time at this property.

This is one of the best homestay that I have ever been. There are some scenic places for very good photography. This is located right behind the famous places Mulayanagiri, Bababudan giri, and Deviramma hill. Their hospitality is so good that it reflects their tag line "Feel like Home". We were a family of 18 members including kids, and spent 3 nights and 4 days. This estate has 8 rooms, with 2 treetop accomodation and a swimming pool. Very good and peaceful place especially for the ones like me who lives in concrete and corporate jungle. :) definitely need a break. The owner of this place is so down to earth person who give more importance to the guests and treat everyone like their family. It's a pet friendly place, rooms are very neat and well maintained. They have very well experienced staff who are very kind and take care of us so well with yummy home made food, bon-fire, music and fun activities. I recommend this place for family outings, who loves to be in the nature.
