THE CAPITAL INN

Very bad experience of one day stay Issues 1. Security 2. No facility of lift 3. Carry your suitcase by narrow stairs 4 . Very scary in night as there are No people 5. There is big problem for Language of communication 6. Landlord is very impolite 7. Receptionist is very poor in communication she confused our dates of our stay and ultimately they asked us to pay double the amount for next day stay 8. They don’t give any confirmation of booking and payment receipt I request be cautious before booking with family
