The property is new and maintained very well. But due to some stupidity of people they have food in the bed and destroy mattress. There are kids scribbling on the wall. Staff are friendly and helpful but need some training on talking etiquette they really shout loudly which can be heard inside the rooms. Hotel provided us with early check-in and are very helpful. Complimentary breakfast is good and the restaurant is in top floor with awesome ocean views. Cons - major SOUND PROOFING problems. You can't sleep peacefully here, every small sound from people walking on the lobby to the people speaking on phone can also be heard inside the room. Vehicle horns wakes you up frequently. The adjacent room bathroom tap sounds can also be heard and it's really annoying. It's feels you are sleeping on a tent on road side.

I had a wonderful stay at Treebo Hotel Lalitha near R.K. Beach. The location is perfect—just a short walk from the beach and close to all major attractions. The rooms were neat, well-maintained, and offered a comfortable stay. The staff was extremely polite, responsive, and always ready to help with a smile. Special mention for the complimentary breakfast—it was fresh, delicious, and had a good variety. Overall, great value for money and a perfect place for families and solo travelers alike. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay in Vizag!

Travelled for official purposes to Treebo Lalitha in July 2025, where I stayed for two nights. |Pros:|1. Close to the RK beach, with hardly 400 meters of walk.|2. Rooms are neat and clean. Same for washrooms. |3. Room service is decent.|Cons:|1. No in-house kitchen, so breakfast is forgettable. Neither taste nor variety. Needs a major improvement.|2. Rooms with only a city view and no option of a Beach view.|3. The walk to the hotel from RK beach is uphill, which might be difficult for elderly people.

I had an overall disappointing experience during my stay at this property, primarily due to the miscommunication between Treebo and Booking.com regarding payment policies. Booking.com clearly states that you can pay at the property during check-in or check-out, but the property requested upfront payment from the day I booked the stay (A month in advance). This inconsistency is frustrating and raises questions about why they even list themselves on Booking.com if they can't adhere to the platform's rules. As for the property itself, the infrastructure is relatively new, and the building is decent. However, the "DELUXE" rooms were quite small, and I found several issues with the room. The table in my room had chipped in the sides, and the bed headrest corner was dirty with visible spider webs. The noise levels were also out of control. I could hear every small sound from outside, which made it hard to relax or get a good night's sleep. The staff, unfortunately, did not meet expectations. This is a hospitality business, and that’s where they are falling short. My check-in was delayed by about 45 minutes due to "cleaning still in progress." I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, yet I had to remind them twice to clean my room, change the sheets, and replace the towels. Even after assurances that it would be taken care of, it was left unaddressed until I followed up. In all my previous stays, cleaning has always been proactive, but here it was not the case, which was extremely disappointing. I'm unsure if this is due to the staff being new or simply a lack of attention to detail, but it significantly impacted my experience. A small personal suggestion: the TV device names could be updated for easier identification. Currently, all the TV device names are set to their defaults, making it a challenge to figure out which TV belongs to your room when trying to Airplay or cast. This can be quite annoying. I went ahead and renamed the TV in my room to avoid confusion and to ensure other guests wouldn’t accidentally access my content. Hard to recommend to say the least!

Spent two nights at Treebo Lalitha near RK beach. Overall a nice experience living at this property. Near to RK beach and breakfast was decent. But service was poor, they didn’t give complementary water bottles after first day. They didn’t clean my room, despite putting the “clean my room” tag on the gate.

This is a very good hotel. Had best experiences. Stayed for 2 days. Just 2 mins away from RK beach. From the 6th floor, restaurant view is awesome. Having complimentary breakfast also. Overall all experiences are very good. Spacious rooms, wardrobes, advance facilities. Good ambience. One suggestion please book through treebo . Don't go for walk in booking. Otherwise walk in charge is very high. Thanks 😊

I was having doubt about this hotel before and while booking but the moment we entered the hotel talked to receptionist and staff saw our rooms we felt relieved that we have booked the right hotel . The location was great, the service was above the mark, the staff were cooperative, food was tasty yet simple overall experience was perfectly greatttt.

I am planning to book your esteemed hotel for durga puja vacation of my family. Honestly speaking there is complete mismanagement and lack of cooperation from your side. I asked for advance check in, your management denied it. I agreed to pay the entire day bill for advance check in. Then I request you to consider 4 hours late check out i.e., at 3pm. You are again denying it. You are saying you will provide rooms only with payment of charge. Your check in time is 1pm and check out is 11am. That simply means that you are charging for 22 hours of stay. I think 1 day means 24 hours. I asked for extra rooms for 11am to 3pm for 4 people as I have senior citizens with me. You are saying you will provide rooms for 2 people only if I pay charges and rest two people have to roam around in the roads. Stupid unprofessional management. May god bless you guys. I have full sympathy towards you.
