Hotel Satyaheera

I have been visiting this Hotel for the past 15 year's whenever I am in Goa,And I had another comfortable stay from 17th to 20th November 2024.The rooms were well appointed, clean and well maintained.The Ruchira Bar and Restaurant was equally impressive.The Staff at the reception,restaurant,and housekeeping were exceptionally friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Over the Years,I have noticed that the services have consistently improved. Starting the Morning with a cup of tea and newspaper was a thoughtful touch that I truly enjoyed,as it aligns with my routine at home. However with no malice intended,I noticed a couple of changes this time,The morning newspaper service was discontinued, which I missed, Additionally, as a senior citizen who prefers room service,I found it slightly inconvenient that no one was available to replace the regular waiter during their weekly holiday.this required me to visit the restaurant, which felt a bit awkward for me. That said, Your Team's efforts to make me feel at home remarkable.Overall,it was a wonderful and unforgettable stay Thank You for your Hospitality. Alex Anthony Fernandes

The location is very central near to bus stand as well as market, mamledar ofc and court. That’s about it . The rooms are ok, but what is disappointing is their towel n linen, it seriously needs to be thrown, can’t charge so much n give rags to guests ! Basin needs something to keep ur dental items, hotwater boiler is so small, one has to wait for water to heat, commode is clean but pretty ancient. Comeon u charge so much , atleast let guests sleep peacefully, in clean linen , don’t need to be penny pinching here.

Disappointing Stay - Would Not Recommend Very high rates for a single night and no breakfast even no water bottle in the room. Towel was dirty, no parking, room service was pathetic. 😒😒

This place is pathetic, no room service, no proper taps , no clean towels ,no parking Worst experience at such a high price. I would not recommend.

Decent restaurant in the heart of mapusa. Sea food. Thali is available even in the evening. Good variety of food. Good for a large gathering.

I visit this restaurant most of the times when I am in Goa. It is always a bright experience here! The food is so delicious😋... Especially the chicken crispy was so yummy. It is the best in all of the vicinity! I would recommend you Satyaheera for their yum delicacies! 😇

Very uncomfortable rules like no mineral water to be provided, you needed to carry your own water bottle
