Had a really great experience at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the whole place was well maintained. The staff were very helpful, and the overall atmosphere was positive. I truly enjoyed my stay here.

I stayed at this hotel for a day and had a mixed experience. The location was good, and the room was clean and decent. However, there were multiple issues that made the stay unpleasant.||While booking, I selected a single occupancy room, which had a slightly lower price than the double occupancy option. However, when my friend joined me, the hotel charged an additional ₹300, which felt unreasonable considering the minimal price difference between the two options in the app.||Basic amenities like soap and towels were missing from the room. We had to request them multiple times before finally receiving just one towel. Breakfast was included in my booking, and since we had already paid extra for my friend’s stay, breakfast should have been included for him too—but they charged extra for that as well.||The worst part was during checkout when the staff accused us of taking a towel. We had to explain that towels were not provided initially and that we received only one after repeated requests. They insisted it was already there, which was completely false. We even had to offer to let them check our luggage to prove our point. This kind of behavior was highly unprofessional and left a bad impression.||Overall, while the location and cleanliness were good, the service, lack of basic amenities, and poor management were disappointing. Wouldn’t recommend staying here unless they improve their hospitality.
