OYO Hotel 23891 Hotel Mountain Inn

It is one of the gud hotels I have come accross wherein there was personalised service. The rooms were very neat & clean. The hotel staff were very friendly. The food was excellent. To sum up my stay at Hotel Mountain Inn with my family was memorable.

Felt at home as the view from the room was so beautiful. The rooms are small but clean and well kept. The staff is cooperative and friendly. The food at the hotel is a must have. There is a little problem of electricity but in all, the stay was lovely! ❤

Hotel mountain inn!!!! It was a good experience there.The Hotel Staff was very Co-operative and everything was very well.Location is also good. It was not too Luxurious though. But By keeping budget in mind it was the Best Hotel. You can not get any better Hotel in same price. Very Affordable.

Hotel Mountain Inn is located in the Aleo area of Manali. The rooms are bit small but neat and clean. The views are very nice. Hotel's restaurant serves delicious food. Service is professional and good.

Our stay was very amazing with this hotel. One of the best hotel in manali.||There are plenty of amenities available in this hotel. This hotel is AWFUL.|We travel for a living and this is the WORST PLACE I have ever stayed in 2 years. |On arrival a gentleman ran off with our bags whilst screaming and waving at us. We had no idea what was going on. We later found him in ‘our room’ which was filthy, we asked for another, equally disgusting. The third room was the best of the bad bunch. |It was Freezing cold and we were told we must pay for a heater!! It was beyond Filthy. Dirty walls, dirty and stained towels. Ripped bed linen and mattress. |No breakfast - We ordered and a man came back 50 minutes later saying there’s no food. |No wifi. Frequent power cuts.|NOBODY here spoke English or even knew how to operate the place! - we had to call the manager ourselves. |He even had the audacity not to give a refund. We left after one night of sleeping in our hats, scarves and coats. |AVOID THIS PLACE. |

well this is 4th time i have stayed in this hotel but this time i found a new owner with well trained staff !!!!! All the rooms and lobby was recently repaired even all bedding's was new........ so this time it was more comfortable and Hygienic.||Highly Recommended. Easy-5 Star

I went manali and stay in this hotel. hotel is very good . View are excellent from hotel's room. Hotel staff are polite and gentel..food of this hotel is very delicious.free parking facilities available here.24 hours check in and check out.I recommended for stay in this hotel
