"I recently had the misfortune of staying at Forest retreat during my trip to manali. Unfortunately, the experience was a major letdown. The rooms were outdated, The service was equally disappointing. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful, taking ages to respond to even the simplest requests. The hotel's cleanliness also left much to be desired. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the towels were stained. To top it all off, the hotel's breakfast spread was extremely limited, with cold food and a general lack of variety. Overall, my stay at Forest retreat was a disaster. For the price I paid, I expected a far better experience.

We went to kullu Manali all the way from hyderabad with four families and kids .to our surprise it was very clean neat and they even made us chiken the staff and the lady their was friendly.they evn brought us water at 2 am . Such a clean and neat hotel with amazing staffff

Spent two nights in the hotel with my friends.Had an amazing experience. The hotel staff is so so nice and behaved. Located close to forest, the the vibes here are so peaceful and positive. You will feel connected to nature. Rooms are beautiful neat and clean. Highly recommended to others.
