It's quite good hotel, manager is responsible kind of person. But not having geyser is a big negative point, specially at this price point. They have centerlised water heating system in which too much water wasted before there is some hot water, so plz correct this otherwise it's well managed. Breakfast is really amazing, if u r going on YATRA then u must take their breakfast, it's way better then any other point in this city.

They are not having Wi-Fi which becomes a very big need when u r in no network zone with your prepaid sim. Secondly I booked for three people from Oyo but the room they provided was meant for only two people. For me. It was an ok experience. Hotel infra is Good. Breakfast is super awesome. Staff service is also nice.

New hotel but not managed properly, we didnt like their complementary dinner and breakfast actually they dont provide buffet, they have limited options in food to choose from and their paid menu is different. Staff is very unprofessional specially People sitting on reception. Will share just 1 incident they offered us pick and drop from station which is only 5 mins away from the hotel, we were in a group and we booked 3 rooms but at the time of check out they said we have OMNI Van but you need a bigger vehical which will cost you ₹400 then we said ok ask your van driver to drop us in 2 rounds then he said we will only provide 1 round second round will be chargable. When i asked let me talk to neha (she did my room booking) but they refused then i told them i will write everything in review then he said "sir koi dikkat nahi hai" they were so rude. In last my advice to people who is going to book this hotel must be very alert because they find different ways to charge you.

The hotel is situated inside a small lane with worst drainage canals. No one can stand outside the hotel in the early hours due to very bad smell and even the same situation with the front elevation rooms. The rooms are not clean and especially South Indians can not adjust either with the breakfast or with lunch/dinner. The beds in the rooms are not beautiful as shown in their web site. Taxi arrangements should be bargained for reasonable rates.

This is corrupt hotel, let me explain why? we reached Katra on 17th Morning around 9:30 AM along with 4 kids and 7 Adults. I booked 3 rooms and paid 1243 INR advance as pre booking amount.After reaching there when I asked that if you have rooms please provide atleast 1 so that kids and other elders get settled its been quite a long journey so far but the Guy on reception straight away said no rooms are available as of now and hotel is fully booked. To which I So agreed to his comments and later when I requested him that whenever you have room available please provide one asap. Then this guy says if you want early room then you have to pay 500 INR for 1 room extra. This was not at all acceptable I took this really badly and thought this is no hospitality and left the hotel and booked another hotel.

Everyone was very friendly. I visited right after covid second wave so may be cause of that but the restaurant didn't have any food when we arrived. Although next day they prepared whatever we ordered in some time. Other cons was the room prep, they gave towels, soaps etc only after we asked and it felt that the quilts didn't seem cleaned. Still I'm giving 4 because the mentioned cons are when I'm being very critical about it.

Everything was good except the television. They have LED in rooms however there is no set top box.. they offer some local cable operator service which hardly offers 10 to 15 channels with very poor audio and video quality. There is no hot water available. You would only get mild hot which isn't enough in winters.

"Worst hotel i have seen in my life" Following points help u all to understand the above quote: 1. Untrained staff. 2. Wash rooms, rooms are dirty. Bedsheets, blankents even covers are also dirty. 3. The room walls full of moistures . 4. Kitchen is dirty. 5. Housekeping worst. I have given 1 star for managers smiling face, coz the guy is "chikna ghada". Kitna bhi kucch bolo bande ko koi fark nai padta.
