Don't even think about staying here after reading all the fake positive reviews, these must be paid review or posted by staff, their family or aquintances. •Hotel is 2.5km from station and 4km from Baan Ganga. Not a very good location •No soap, towel or basic things like Drinking water was present in room. • Did not get the room which was booked before, as according to them it wasn't vacant. • Bathroom wasn't clean, not hygienic. So, I would recommend you to go for some hotel which is nearby station and with better ratings, don't get scammed!

It's far from the main market.. Management is poor ! Washrooms were not cleaned. The tap was not working properly.. They don't listen much to customers. They rob the customers i.e. 20Rs of water bottle they have charged 30Rs and the price mentioned in their menu is 25Rs !!

Would have given 0 star if I could. Rudest people at reception. The hotel staff was inefficient and rude for no reason right from we entered. There was no hot water in the morning, wouldn't recommend it to anyone who wants to have even basic service, these place is not even capable of that.

very poor service. one is daam care about guest requirement. we keep on asking to do the needful with the room washroom, we facing the hot water problem once you ON geasure you get hot water in every single tap even in the jack pipe.( gaand he jala di) when we ordered the khichdi and noodles they only served khichdi and forget to serve the other food item beside that the service boy forget to get spoon and when asked he came after half n hour and told sir time lagta h spoon laane me how rude. They will charge service tax on food item too which not mention on menu. there wash basin was so dirty that water was dripping out rooms having low light with no window open close facilities when asked for breakfast they told there is some groups buffet going on so it will take 45 min to serve 4 parathas. Atlast we get our breakfast after 90 min which were too salty for us. No lift facilites which is bit difficult for old people even they know people are coming from yatra TV not working no remote in the room when ask they are blank If someone ask me The room should not be more than 800-900 all inclusive with this type of poor prathatic and worst service. The owner should keep an eye open if he doest not know about this

Very nice hotel, also all staff are friendly treating, foods also good, location wise everything is good. Recently I visited in June, I am very happy with them. Manager Vicky also very nice person.

I would give it 5star Hotel rooms are spacious and entirely staff was very cooperative specialy the manager Mr Vicky Sharma and food was also amazing just home like feeling

It is November 2022. Don't go to this hotel by mistake. Dirty business. Room service is third class. receiptinist third class. pick drop driver third class. The room is very dense and no one comes to the room for housekeeping

Excellent staff, wonderful location, very supportive staff. They will also guide and plan your visit in your are planning to visit other places..
