Worst experience staying here.. dirty room., bed bugs in all rooms we booked.. Toilet seats & mugs in the washroom were broken even the toiletries were not provided.. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL! You will waste your money & will have to face sleepless & restless nights.

Very bad experience here from last two times. One month already booked with online money but they forgot to reserve room and provide us very bad room in another hotel. Now they are charging huge money for just 3 hours and last night gave us the bed with bedbugs. No quality of service and no clealiness. their level of quality service is decreasing day by day. Next time for sure i will come to this hotel.

World’s dirtiest place to be is this hotel. You name the unhygienic things and they have it all starting from rooms no wherever matching the pictures, shady hotel , leakage in bathroom too much that your room and lobby all convert in swimming pool, bed bugs, rats, dessert of dust in the room in every single corner. Even if you have paid full amount , please don’t stay here ..the most pathetic place . We had 4 rooms booked , none of them were clean .

Worst hotel...Bad experience Hotel Madhuban Katra. The rooms were dirty. There were stains and torn sheets on the bed sheets. Torn blanket, dust in every corner of the room. Our toilet was not working and the bath towels on them were dirty. Do not book this hotel

Service is worst. No intercom service, every time i want to say anything i have to go down. no laundary service as descibed in listing. i asked them for drinking water three times after that i got drinking water. all pillow covers and bedsheets are dirty even after they issue room to us. BATHROOM (Pics attached) Jet broken, no exhaust, gate have one old lock wich is broken, i started using jet pipe its giving hot water. all pipe connections are mismathed. shower not working. no towels no soap, nothing serviced here. just a dharamshala

These people are cheats. They refused to refund my advance last year as I had to cancel my journey due to the pandemic. I strongly recommend that one should not book with this hotel.
