I really liked the service. Food was yummy, they catered to all our needs. Adjustments were done since we could not take stairs. Building needs lot of modern features. Does not have lift. It's ab old building. Rooms need upgrading.

The property is Good , The Both manager was good behaviour & politie nature, As we stayed for Two night here, Fully Cooperative The staff were really helpful and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible.Overall the service was fine. Pick and drop service is available I am happy with the place and would surely prefer this hotel for my future visits.

Everything was okay but the behaviour of staff and people there is very rude . They don’t listen and behave very rudely. Rooms were nice and food was also okay.

The best place to stay at Katra. Right from Front Desk to room was awesome. Neat and clean in all measures. Food - quality, taste satisfied my taste buds. Their drop and pick up facilities for Darshan, just amazing. 24x7 all the staff of the Hotel are dedicated for the Guests. They treat me just like Athithy Deba Bhabah in true sence. God bless you all, Jai Mata Di.

The property is not worth the money; it's excessively expensive considering its location. It's quite distant from the railway station and Katra. Additionally, the hotel doesn't offer complimentary pick-up or drop-off services; instead, they charge ₹250 for each trip. The service is poor; the rooms, bed sheets, and washrooms are dirty and infested with bugs, making it very unhygienic. The food quality is also subpar, and amenities and cleanliness are lacking.

The property is well located away from the main market, which provides a peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and spacious. The bathrooms are spacious and maintain standard hygiene but not a luxurious experience. The hotel staff behaviour has been extremely courteous except for one driver who was extremely rude. The restaurant food was decent, barring a few exceptions. The staff were really helpful and tried to accommodate our requests as much as possible. They offer complimentary pickup and drop from the Temple entry gate and you can also avail the same services for markets and other nearby places at a nominal rate. They offer laundry services too. We had some issues with geyser in our room and they addressed it instantly. Overall, I am happy with the place and would surely prefer this hotel for my future visits.

We have booked two rooms during the holiday season of the year 2024. Overall the service was fine. The room maintenance could be better as there were broken switchboards and toilet seats in one of the rooms.

First of all it is at a place which is away from Market and Railway station. There is hardly a chance that you will be able to catch an auto. Now, when I went into the room the bed wasn't properly cleaned. And the washroom had leakage. Food was fine, but tea seemed like Hot water. Not at all good. The rating is just for good food and friendly staff
