Lemon Tree Hotel Katra

Very nice and comfortable stay we had there. Staff and services are great. Food and amenities are great too. Highly recommended. Hotel arranged all the transport we required. It is very nearby to station. Staff helped us in early check in and took good care of all of our requests.

Overall a good experience. The rooms were neat and toilets good, the food was good and the service was excellent. The arrangements in terms of dropping off for the Vaishnodevi, picking back to hotel etc. were done quite professionally. The help by Rakesh, Kaushal and Sanjeet at the restaurant were good. Thanks to all of them for the great experience.

We had very pleasant experience with our stay at this facility. The staff are very cordial and very friendly. The only issue I personally faced is the shower head too close to the wall in the bathroom. It will be of great help if the management can fix this issue sooner.

Vry nyc hotel with polite staff, specially in the mrng brkfst was srvd very professionally by Khooshal,Sanjeet singh Rakesh and Sahil. Location was very quiet , we were heading back from Srinagar and we got so late at night but the staff helped us at 1.30 in the mid night and served us very tasty dinner.. price was also very reasonable as compare to otherss..

The best hotel in Katra. We stayed there for a night with a group of 18 ppl. |Early check-in was there and smooth check-in.|Near to RFID centre. |Nice rooms . Nice Breakfast buffet with lots of options. |Staffs were very helpful. Special thanks to Shabir. |Must stay Hotel.

My stay at Lemon Tree was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning mountain view. Traveling solo on my birthday felt extra special because of the incredibly kind and thoughtful staff—they went out of their way to help me and even surprised me with a lovely birthday treat! After a long trek, the spa was just what I needed—so soothing and relaxing. This place truly feels like a home away from home, and without a doubt, Lemon Tree will always be my first choice whenever I visit Vaishno Devi. Thank you for making my trip so memorable!

The location is extremely convenient and the hospitality provided by Mr. Rahul and Mr rakesh and his team is exceptional. The rooms are well-maintained spacious and clean ||Very near to railway station where u can take the entry card as well and also close to the entry point to the holy climb to maatha vaishno devi temple

We stayed in Lemon tree hotel which is real Lemon because I like the ambience and staff sanjeev to corporate and attentive for all guest. To visit vaishno devi temple hotel will arrange pick and drop hotel also.|They nicely packed our food while we are going to vashno devi dershan.||Need to visit
