★☆☆☆☆ Horrible Experience – Misleading & Fraudulent! I booked Hotel Blue Sapphire, Katra through Agoda, expecting a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a complete disaster! The rooms were filthy, damp, and smelled unbearable. No soap, no towels, and the fan was stuck on full speed with no regulator. Worst of all, we were given a different building across the road, nothing like what was advertised—a total fraud! My family, including women and kids, had to leave at 1 AM and roam unsafe streets searching for another hotel. Avoid this place at all costs!

Terrible Experience – Never Again! I had an awful stay at this hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets and a musty smell. The bathroom was even worse—mold in the shower and a leaking faucet. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and it took forever to get any assistance.When I asked to change rooms, the staff refused without giving any valid reason. They were rude and completely unhelpful. Worst experience ever

During our Vaishnovi Devi visit, we stayed in this hotel for one night. Staff is cooperative, provided early check in at 5 AM. Hotel is near to Guru Nanak Parking, Katra. Room was clean and comfortable for two people. Budget friendly.

Brilliant stay, i have stayed here for 2 odd days. Location is very near to railway station (850 meters) which means you can reach by walk. If you book via agoda, MMT etc etc they won’t provide pickup n drop service. Food at this stay is also good. Rates is high but one can try once. Service is very very good. Hot water & AC is also available. Check in is at 12 & check out is at 1pm. After checkout you can keep your bags n luggage at reception area and can go out and come back after your work in city.

Hotel location is pretty good with parking facility. Hotel is good with budget pricing. But I didn’t like one thing as at the time of booking they said free pik/drop to Baan Ganga and Market. But after Check-in they said driver is not available now. This kind behaviour was not expected.

Geyser not working, always messing up orders, service is terrible.AC not working. Balcony not clean.food orders delayed by 2 hours.TV not working.had no option as no star so gave 1 star.never seen this type of hotel.I would never recommend this hotel ever.almost 1 whole night their was no light.
