Beware! Fraud set of people here. They just do not care about you after having your money. No drinking water, no cleaning, nothing unless you ask them at least 10 times. They lied about the taxi service as well claiming it's their own but the fact was they had commission with the drivers coming from Jammu. Worst experience of a hotel, it's worse than a dharmshala.

Right now I am still in this so called hotel which does not have common toileteries. We came down after Vaishno Devi darshan and hoped to use common Toileteries. We had our luggage there and we hoped some decency. But the person at reception disrespected my Sr citizen uncle and gave a reason that they do not have public convinenience inside hotel ( I mean seriously). Later on said that it's the owners fault who did not make such public things in hotel ( God knows where the staff goes to pee) and in 5K salary he cannot look after these issues and thats what triggered me. Such a 3rd grade guest relation.||||My recommendation sleep at station but don't come to this place. This is a 3rd grade serviced guest house or whatever ||||Nothing needed from their side. 👿😠

The service of this hotel was very bad even they come earlier to empty the room also there is lack of electricity and they even turn on generator. I suggest you to chpose another hotel...

Vry low key don't go here ever bkwas service not good behavior dirty rooms and bathrooms a lot of bugs(khatmal) on bed not worth it,, ,,,,

all facilities are available here,,but people gives wrong reviews..all staff are good behavaiors nd fully satisfaction provide..
