Best Western Bhawani'z Paradise Hotel Katra

We are from Canada and we're picky about room and bathroom. We got suite with living room, lounge, two full baths and a king size bed with cozy throws and duvets. This hotel, after looking 8 other hotels did not disappoint us. We were very happy with the stay. The staff is great, the quality of rooms were amazing, extra ordinary breakfast buffet and in room service food. Had small issue with picking up from Ban ganga but it was resolved by the staff. All in all it was just great experience. Thank you Best Western, Katra team for serving us well. Keep up the great work. You are greatly recommended.

Property is good, service is Ok. If you are Non Gujarati, then food is Ok (but will not regret as it clean). For Gujarathi, it is best. It is far away from Balganga (starting point). The rikshaw and other transport are costly. However, if hire a car from hotel to baganga; the cost of rikshaw for 4 persons is same compare with car service offered by a hotel. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served. Try to bargain to get a good deal particularly in non tourist season.

The place is ordinary but the food is ok..its good when u come back from yatra very tired and want to eat something simple this place is the good option thr service is also prompt

The rooms are spacious but poor quality of service. We asked them to book helicopters via e-mail, however when we reached there, we found out that they did not book the helicopters.
