Hotel Green View Bustand katra

No lift in that 5 floor building. The staff is not at all cooperative. In every case they say, that's it's the hotel policy. Even for payments made at the hotel, they don't provide the bills. There is no system of card payments at the hotel. There is no value of what they say. No water bottles provided. The rooms weren't cleaned on a daily basis. Towels provided had tobacco spit marks and weren't fresh. They hotel didn't even had power backup. Only basic tubelight and fan work in this case. You can't even charge your phone when there is no power. There are no electric kettles or provision of hot drinking water in the room. The bed mattresses are of very low quality which can cause the pain in the back. The staff is a money minded. We asked for taxi which they were providing at more cost than what was outside.

Stayed at Niharika Bhawan, Katra. Best place to stay. Food , Lodging superb, best location, breakfast free, very gud, staff very very good. You can check out and keep your luggage free of cost in their Shakti Bhawan complex , come back from yatra collect luggage . Atithi devo bhav at its best. Also free wifi. Naman to them. Jai mata di.

One of good budget hotel near Katra bus stand. No food served here however can buy food outside the hotel. New construction with modern look and feel. Gyser is available
