As per the price what the hotel is charging it is not at all worth to stay with Hotel Anurag. You can get a far better room in same price segment. The rooms were not as clean, the bedsheets and the upholstery provided was not clean. Food at the restaurant was good, the only one good thing about the hotel. There was no lift. Moreover, keep it as a last option in your list.

I booked this hotel by Cleartrip site by seeing it's rating 3 star. But once I reached and stayed there during 09 - 11 Aug 2015 I found rating should not be more than 1 star. Reasons are below 1. Whole night honking noise disturbed our sleep. 2. Upper floor Air Conditioning (AC) water is dropping and creating noise. Which also cant give you chance to sleep. 3. For hot water I did 5 to 7 times request prior to bath 4. They served smelly dinner around 10:30 pm. 5. Their staffs are not trained to handle guests. So never book this hotel from any site with any lowest cost.

We had booked a package for 4 days and 3 nights. Places opted by us were Srinagar, Pahalgam and Gulmarg. The hotels were all 3 star good properties with very prompt staff. Our local travel was also in the package so we did not have to worry about anything on our trip. All in all it was a great experience without any hassles whatsoever. Will definitely consider them again on our next visit.

Last week with group of 20 friends stayed here for Vaishnodevi darshan. Quality of the hotel degraded considerably, as some of our friends used to stay here before and felt present condition horrible. Hygiene is big issue, they don’t even clean bathrooms after check out, bed sheets, towels etc. are beyond imagination... room service staff are very rude and pathetic. Food quality better not to speak. Overall better avoid this hotel to have mental peace.

We had booked a room in this hotel through OYO App, But when we arrived there, the hotel manager said the room can't be given because of some rate difference. The Manager was continuously telling us to claim refund instead of showing some support. We talked with OYO executive 3 times..and they had transferred the excess money in the account of hotel but they weren't checking their account. Finally we were given a room after a lot of hustle. But the room given to us was not according to our requirements.. The bathroom the room had..there was no tap there working..there was no gieser..the bedsheet was not clean..There was only one charging point. Conclusion is that.. It was a worse experience.

Worst 3star hotel in whole 10days tour. I stayed with family only for one night it was very bad experience never expected hotel having 3star will be this type. Food not tasty at all, when if you ask for water they will not serve you. I forced them for water then they served that too in plastic throwable cup. This is not an identity of 3star hotel. I will never recommend this to my enemy also. Staff was horrible. Keys was given of diiferent room where already different guests are staying, they that exsisting guests shouts on us bcoz of this stupid staff present at reception. Rooms were not cleaned, bedsheet were dirty, insects were in washrooms.
