Very bad experience to stay in this hotel. 3rd class room n washrooms They have used clear glass in washrooms and full bathroom is visible from near buildings. Staff behaviour is also rude. They have charged Rs 1500 from me for lost of damaged lock key. This hotel is not safe for families. Will not recommended to any one.

Awful hotel, awful services, they don't deliver that quality services which they promised like A/C rooms, pic and drop facility, by making garbage excuses. Plus their rates are unnecessarily unjustified. Local peddlers will guide you towards the highly mocked up place, you shouldn't trust them and must check google ratings first before going with them because once you paid and checked in you are trapped.

This hotel in Katra has been the worst experience of my life so far. This hotel is very unsafe for women and never fit to stay with any family, especially women . It is run by the local goons and mafia and many bad things are done here. All the devotees visiting Katara are requested with folded hands that you should never stay in this hotel nor advise anyone to stay here. The owner of this place is a very bad person and looks at all the girls and women who come here with their friends with dirty eyes. There is also every possibility that cameras are installed in the rooms here and you can be blackmailed later. all devotees please be careful

1. Accomodation was very bad. 2. Never recommend to anyone to stay over there. 3. No amenities and very noisy place, you even can't sleep tightly. 4. Staff behaviour is very rude and bad. 5. We had planned for 3 night stay but due to these issue we had to change the hotel. 6. They misguided us to take the room

I m from Mumbai and was there in this hotel for 4 days...per day cost 1200 rs for three bed. All service good. Cons :-no pick up and drop from katra station...and remaining all good...Hotel person took 100 rs for drop to station
