Light switch not working. TV remote not available. No gas in AC. Fraudulent behave of staff. Extra charge for free service. Dust and smell in room. Staff ready to fight.

Third class hotel with uncooperative staff we can say it's 4th class service. Tiered bedsheet, smelled and spotted blanket, smelled room, rough tabel with lots of termite. It's not worth more than 500/- per day but they charged approx 1500/- per day. Very expensive food without taste Technically they charged only for bed because there are not ac working, not tv working also washroom is too pathetic. Never recommend anyone to go there

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH HOTEL AND SERVICES 1. QUALITY OF ROOM IS TOO BAD THERE ARE NON COMFORTABLE METRESS WITH TIERED BED SHEET AND SMELLED AND UNCLEANED BLANKET 2. WHEN WE ASKED FOR TV THEN GOT REPLIED RECHARGE GOT EXPIRED 😁 3. VERY EXPENSIVE ROOM AND FOOD AS PER CONDITION OF ROOM AND TASTE OF FOOD 4. TOTALLY UNCOOPERATIVE STAFF WHEN I ASKED TO USE WASHROOM AFTER CHECK OUT THEN I GOT REPLIED WE DON'T HAVE LADIES WASHROOM IN COMMON AREA ALSO HE SUGGESTS THAT YOU CAN GET WASHROOM AT RAILWAY STATION........ SERIOUSLY I will never recommend anyone to go this type of worst place

Very Bad experience. They told one rate at check in and increased the rate at check out and when asked why are they doing so, they started arguing and were very unprofessional.. I don't understand how can the rate for hotel change. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. Their price is showing 1344 online but they charged 2150 per room per day.Overpriced by changing the rate above that change in language from checkin to checkout.. the language changed completely at check out and was very unprofessional and unpleasant, very bad to do like this.

They had everything broken in their wahsroom. Broken bucket, broken lock, broken hooks, no mirror, broken toilet seat, no cleanliness in the washroom at all. It was a disaster and my family felt disgusted to even enter the washroom. Had to call more than 3 times to get the service done. Television wasn't working. The managers had nothing to do with the guests. The attitude of the hotel staff was pathetic. I've never had such a worst experience anywhere in my life. I would never recommend a stay in this hotel. Government resorts are far much better than this junkyard. And the food was even worse. Chapati and naans were rock solid and the entire food was no where near to tasty. This place is hell!

Improved a bit when compared to previous comments. Charges wise bit high. From morning 5am to 11am charged 1300/- Room is good with amenities and provided clock room for items safety. Laptop also safe to keep here. Pickup and drop service provided to temple.

I visited Vaishnodevi in summer 2014 - around June with my family. We were given 5 rooms on the same floor and all of them had AC with them. We were pretty tired after covering all the places of Kashmir and it needed us to have a refreshing and cool-calm stay at Vaishnodevi which we got at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, the toilets were clean, the room service was nice and above all, the area was really peaceful to call it rightly. It had a fairly well connectivity with the main market, starting point of Vaishnodevi, restaurants, helicopter point and all. We got all what we wanted. The only thing lacking was a proper maintenance of dining space and a good reception but I am sure to find it better during my next visit to VaishnoDevi.
