OYO 29204 Hotel Blue Sapphire

Worst worst service .. rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned .. rooms are not as shown in the pics . it’s a 4th quality hotel. please don’t don’t visit here..if there was option I want to give it as minus 5 stars

The worst hotel I have seen in my life. 1-Khadus staff 2-Kide makode in the room( mosquito and cockroach) 3-Unhygienic Never never go in this hotel

Really a worst experience...Only Location is fair, rooms r not clean as much as we required, powercut, AC is not working properly, their Cab service is Pathetic. 2 Days is like hell for my family.

Such a nice hotel, very neat and clean rooms. Staff is also very supportive. Will visit again soon.||I have been visiting katra from years, always booked different hotels. But this time really happy to book such a nice hotel in my budget. Thanks Hotel Blue Sapphire

I have visited katra at the end of may , stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and it was the worst experience 1) there were RATS and COCKROACHES in our room 2) we booked 2 rooms for a family of 4 , only 1 room had AC , the other room had a tiny ac that too was throwing thermocol when switched on 3) there was no landline available in room , so you cant reach reception, we had to go down 2 floors just to ask for water 4) they gave us number to reach out to but didnt pick up the call 5) we booked hotel blue sapphire , but they checked us in at hotel new blue sapphire and please dont be deceived by the rating of this new hotel , it is really BAD 6) our parked car (brand new) was heavily scratched by someone , which was just outside their reception area Please do not book this hotel

My name is ankit . I visited their with my family their on 19th dec2023. I stay their for 1 day . And my experience was worst with that hotel and some staff member are disgusting nd they also harassed my family. And that’s why m taking some legal action for that plz guys for do not book hotel . Because your wife your kids not safe in that hotel. Just stay in your car but don’t book that hotel .

Not a good hotel, rude staff and lie about free cab service to Ban Ganga and to Railway station. Will demand money at any opportunity. Avoid at any cost, you can find better hotels if you go further.
