Room price is negotiable, room’s condition could be better and need maintenance. Overall staff behaviour is good except one receptionist ( good height with fair skin and spectacle).

Food service was good. Staffs are courteous. They provide a van for pickup/drop one time which they claim will save around 500-750. But the reality is that will provide a maruti van which looks like 100 years old.

I stayed at Hotel AP Broadway, Katra from 06/05/2023 to 08/05/2023, and I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Kewal Singh for the exceptional service I received throughout my stay. Although I understand that you were not physically present at the hotel during my visit, it was evident that your leadership and attention to detail had a profound impact on the quality of service provided by your team. Every aspect of my stay, from the warm welcome at check-in to the attentive service throughout, reflected the high standards you have set. I was particularly impressed by how smoothly everything ran, even in your absence. I also appreciated the proactive communication from your side, ensuring that my Airport Pickup and other needs were met and that my experience was a positive one, despite the fact that we were not able to meet in person. Overall, my experience at Hotel AP Broadway was outstanding, and I have no doubt that your leadership plays a key role in this. I look forward to returning in the future and will certainly recommend your hotel to others. Thank you once again for making my stay so enjoyable.

Rooms are spacious and clean whereas toilets needs to be more hygienic. Staff behavior is very good plus their free pick and drop facility ease the local travel a lot. Specially Mr Narendra Sharma ji is very helpfull and generous, great service.

Worst customer service badest behavior of staff and at the time of check in not inform about there protocol like telling room rent with GST and at the time departure telling the same even not bill of the same staying there for about 4 days and arguing badly just because we didn't ask for taxi and related services means they could't able to make commission. even proper room cleaning services not provided. Staff not responding after various calls for even providing towels. We stay there for 4 days but washroom not clean by them even single day.We paid this much amount and got badest service ever. I don't recommend this worst hotel to anybody.

Hiii.....Hotel was good , specially staff behavior, food quality , room service was extra ordinary. Mr Balram is supportive man to handle the customers requirements.

We had a comfortable stay for a night at Hotel AP Broadway, part of Geetanjali Group of Hotels. The rooms were spacious, clean. The food was like home cooked and delicious. The staff was courteous, made all arrangements for us to make our stay memorable.

It's a super pathetic hotel and service. Fungus is everywhere in the room, whether it's a bed or wood. They don't even bother to provide a slipper or a hand wash in the bathroom. Their bathroom sucks yellow marks everywhere; a urine smell was present.
