OYO 24887 New Suhani

Disgusting.. don't go this hotel ever. Reception person is very rude and bad. They do false promise in starting at railway station and than charge 1000 rupees for dirty room and bedsheets. Mattress spring was broken and was like we are sleeping on floor. Dirty bathrooms. They looting on the name of god. They say that they will provide pick up and drop from badhganga but they don't do that.

Don’t go for this hotel New Suhani Palace they charged us 1200 that’s was not worth . They don’t have good facility washrooms were not clean, bedsheets were so dirty. Their agent did false promises in starting and when we see rooms condition they were not upto mark. They do business in the sake of God.Please go and research then only book the hotel. Don’t trap in the agents fake promises

It was nice to stay at there. Hotel was overall nice according to charges. Their service was quite low like when we booked we got dustbin was full of garbage after telling they didn't do anything. I liked their price and what they say they do don't change after getting booked . Their location was in congested. They have designed the room for only to attract the customer on basis of getting fresh and keep their luggage, not too good for staying at long period. Don't have proper windows and bedsheet and blankets.

Bedsheet is very dirty & coacroaches & rats in our room they need to clean the room but they don’t pls don’t go in this hotel

If you visit for vaishno devi then you must go to this place.. good rooms great food at low cost price and at the end very helpful staff and services. So kind.. they pick you up from railway station katara to hotel then hotel to mandir then drop you from mandir to station at free of cost . Only they charged is hotel rent.

Hotel is too good. Rooms are also neat and clean. Staff is very cooperative in nature. They also give us pick up and drop facility which is very useful for us. I am totally satisfied with the service of the hotel. Hotel is also look like same as the pictures.

The hotel is in backward area, rooms haven't storage place (like No Almeera) Available Television haven't connection, And ventilation not good you feel suffocation, entrance of hotel very congested, hotel staff isn't Educated but they know how to extend the bill amount, my suggestion don't stay with family. Individuals can stay. Driver of hotel was much expert for rush driving then his age.
